Human resources have now become the primary resource for the survival and development of enterprises with the speedy development of the knowledge economy,.In human resources management,compensation management is its central issue,important link,in enterprise human resources management it also has very important significance.Since its establishment,XC,a state-owned company,has adopted the standards of management of old state-owned enterprises.Pay problems have become a major problem that hinders the development of enterprises.In order to improve the enthusiasm of employees,attract competitive employees and retain the excellent staff team,this article is based on the original compensation system of XC company,through scientific and reasonable redesign,thus forming the research object of this article.XC Company was registered and established on April 13,2011.Its main business scope covers urban construction,real estate development,infrastructure investment and property management.The research object of this article is XC company.The research method is to systematically diagnose the existing compensation system of XC company on the basis of extensive study of related theories,and summarize the existing problems of the current situation of the compensation system and analyze it.According to the analysis results in the original compensation system to carry out a new design.Firstly,the thesis combs and summarizes the concept and constitution of the compensation system,literature review,design principle and process,and clarifies the theoretical basis and basis of the compensation system.Secondly,the article uses the relevant knowledge of the compensation system and combines the current situation of the compensation system of XC company to analyze and study,find out the problems and shortcomings,and clarify its advantages.Based on the above analysis,the article collates a set of compensation system schemes suitable for the current situation of XC company.Thirdly,it is clear that the new plan of the compensation system can maximize its value under the protection of all aspects.Finally,on the basis of the above comprehensive analysis,the conclusion of the article is drawn.Based on the relevant knowledge theory of the compensation system,this paper analyzes the shortcomings and problems of the compensation system based on the development goals of XC company,and finally forms an effective plan for the development of enterprises.It also has some reference value and reference meaning to other state-owned enterprises 'compensation system design.
