The salary reform of state-owned enterprise is a long-term course and should beintegrated with world and market constantly. It's also an adjusting and consummatingcourse. Salary system design of non-core business in state-owned enterprise is thenew problem and blind spot of this complexion. The appearance of non-ownedbusiness in state-owned enterprise has complexity in circumstance and provisionalityon time. The salary reform of non-core business is a unignorable and unblenchedquestion in the reform of state-owned enterprise. Being the interspace between thecomposing and the salary reform emphases in state-owned enterprise, salary systemdesign of non-core business in state-owned enterprise deserves thorough research anddiscuss. The blind spot----salary system design of non-core business in state-ownedenterprise has blocked deepening of reform and consummating of state-ownedenterprise. State-owned enterprise should pay attention to this problem based on theemphasizing of manager and employees of the core-business in the deepening courseof salary reform in state-owned enterprise. This article applied classical salary theoretics in the salary system design ofnon-core business in state-owned enterprise on the basis of particular theories. By theextensive research and interview and questionnaire research in the enterprise, thisarticle made a salary system design of vehicle center of A company. And introduce theconnotation the taches should be pay attention to and the factors should be balanced inthe course of the design. Also describe the three flows of the salary system design inthe state-owned enterprise's non-core business. The article uses a lot of managementresearch methods of market analysis, competition analysis, strategy analysis andfinancial account. Now the salary system design project of vehicle center in A company is puttinginto effect and adjusting. The research of this discussion should be maintained withthe course.
