With the rapid development of China's economy,the competition in China's market has become increasingly fierce.In order to further improve the core competitiveness of enterprises in the industry,more and more enterprises choose to use the internal policy of equity incentive.Understanding from the economic level,equity incentive can maintain the stable development of the company,can improve the enthusiasm of employees and work efficiency within the enterprise.Equity incentive means that an enterprise grants equity to employees with excellent qualities in all aspects,making these employees shareholders of the enterprise,further participating in important decisions within the company,and improving their sense of responsibility and mission.The internal competition of household appliances industry is very fierce,especially in service,sales channels,technology and other aspects.In order to further improve the core competitiveness of the industry,some household appliances enterprises began to introduce excellent managerial talents and continuously implement equity incentive policies.In order to establish a perfect equity incentive management system and clarify the implementation effect of equity incentive policy in the field of household appliances,this paper reviews a large number of documents related to equity incentive policy,analyses the theories put forward by different scholars,further clarifies the development process and specific principles of equity incentive policy,studies the implementation effect of equity incentive policy under different circumstances,and according to the number of analysis obtained.According to the research on the impact of equity incentive policy on company performance,operation management,enterprise financing and senior management investment,ultimately establish a sound equity incentive management system to manage and evaluate equity incentive policy.Based on the above work,this paper identifies the appropriate evaluation index and sample data,uses comparative analysis and financial indicators to process the above data,further evaluates the development status of household appliances,and summarizes the results of the introduction of equity incentive policy in this field.This paper will also analyze the specific cases of China's electricity sector,further clarify the impact of equity incentive policy on Gree Electric Company,summarize the advantages of the policy,and study the problems in the use of the policy,propose effective solutions,and provide a solid foundation for the further development of China's electricity sector.Based on the overall implementation effect of equity incentive in household appliances industry and the comparison and summary of the situation before and after the use of equity incentive policy in Gree Electrical Appliances,this paper points out the shortcomings in the use of equity incentive policy in household appliances field:the form of enterprise performance evaluation is too single,the share distribution is too centralized,the incentive degree is not enough,and the incentive form is too single.This paper will study the problems and propose effective solutions.For example,we should design a scientific and reasonable equity incentive policy,improve the enterprise management system,and reduce the impact of external factors on the implementation of equity incentive policy.At the end of this paper,we will summarize the shortcomings of this research process and look forward to future research directions.
