Research On The Influencing Factors And Improvement Of Financial Poverty Alleviation In Songxian

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,Xi Jinping,who is our General Secretary,has put forward the strategic thought of "targeted poverty alleviation".It is proposed to use the practical working method of adapting measures to local conditions and seeking truth from facts to comprehensively promote the work of poverty alleviation.The government should provide financial assistance for farmers to develop production and increase the level of their income,and at the same time,the government should highlight the important role of financial poverty alleviation.With the development of market economy,finance is of vital importance in the development of modern economy.With the growth of financial markets,financial poverty alleviation plays an increasingly important role in poverty alleviation,which effectively promotes economic growth and increases farmers' income.As a national poverty-stricken county,Songxian is typical and universal.In this study,we takes Songxian as an example.We obtain the data through field research,symposium,interview and literature review.Based on the research idea of “from status quo,questions to measures”,we combined qualitative and quantitative research methods to help the county's financial poverty alleviation and analyzed the existing problems and influencing factors.and then gave suggestions on how to effectively improve poverty alleviation and improve the efficiency of financial poverty alleviation in Songxian.At present,the current situation of financial poverty alleviation in Songxian mainly includes the following four parts: the establishment of the ”four major” system of financial poverty alleviation,the formation of a stable financial poverty alleviation model,the development of a diversified financial poverty alleviation entity and the cultivation of a good situation in which the amount of poverty alleviation loans has increased year by year.The quantitative analysis is used to empirically deal with the impact of financial poverty alleviation in Songxian and fully study the mutual influence between microfinance and the income of poor families and increase the promoting relationship between them.Based on the results of empirical analysis,we analyze the problems in financial poverty alleviation in Songxian.The County has many problems,such as backward financial poverty alleviation,limited financial institutions involved in credit poverty alleviation,and potential risks of financial poverty alleviation.The main reasons are the lack of reasonable financial policies,the poverty alleviation credit system which is deviated from the need for poverty alleviation,and the imperfect market lending system.To sum up,the government should put forward much more relevant policies for improving the financial poverty alleviation influence in Songxian and then they should improve the internal and external conditions of financial poverty alleviation.At the same time,they should integrate poverty alleviation entities and poverty alleviation funds.Instead,they should establish financial market competition and fund mechanism about circular withdrawal in poverty alleviation;In the end,they should improve risky prevention mechanism in financial poverty alleviation.
