The Analysis And Improvement Research On The Corporate Governance Structure Of SS Rural Commercial Bank

Good corporate governance is an important prerequisite for the sustainable development of enterprises.Improving the structure and efficiency of corporate governance is a difficult problem faced by banking financial institutions,especially for agricultural commercial banks.As a newly established agricultural commercial bank,SS Rural Commercial Bank is deeply integrated into local economic development,and has made outstanding contribution to regional as well as to rural agricultural development.Meanwhile,SS Rural Commercial Bank has reformed itself continuously,it has established and improved the corporate governance mechanism and structure which have achieved a series of positive and obvious results.However,duing to the incomplete reform of the SS Rural Commercial Bank and other constraints,especially the constraint of constitution,the level and efficiency of its corporate governance still remain a certain gap compared with the requirements of modern corporate system,especially in the excellent bank.Some of its mechanism has not achieved highefficient operation;the situation shall be improved through the top-level design of company management.This paper analyzes the changes of the company’s main operation and development since the reform of the SS Rural Commercial Bank from the historical perspective.Based on the actual operational situation of SS Rural Commercial Bank,this paper analyzes the contradictions in the corporate governance of SS Agricultural Commercial Bank and discovers the root causes of its problems.Also,combined with the advanced experience of the same type of bank corporate governance in the region,this paper proposes relevant suggestions for improving the corporate governance mechanism of SS Rural Commercial Bank.The research in this paper has certain reference significance for the current reform of agricultural commercial banks in our province and the continuous improvement of corporate governance in small and medium-sized financial institutions.
