| With the accelerating process of economic globalization,technological innovation has become the most critical factor for enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness,and is an effective way to maintain their dominant position in the fierce market competition,and has gradually been valued by enterprises.At the same time,enterprise human capital and knowledge management are conducive to improving the technological innovation performance of enterprises.On the one hand,the key subject of knowledge management and technological innovation is enterprise human capital,which continuously promotes the improvement of enterprise knowledge management capability and technological innovation performance;On the other hand,knowledge management runs through the enterprise’s human capital and technological innovation activities,which is more conducive to promoting corporate human capital and technological innovation performance.Based on this,this study takes Luoyang High-tech Enterprise as an example.From the perspective of human capital and knowledge management,this paper analyzes and studies the relationship between human capital,knowledge management and technological innovation performance and the mediating role of knowledge management.Based on the literatures on human capital,knowledge management and technological innovation performance of domestic and foreign companies,this paper proposes research hypotheses and constructs theoretical models,and designs variables.This paper uses the statistical software such as SPSS19.0 and AMOS21.0 to verify the research hypothesis proposed in this paper,and constructs the structural equation model of the relationship between human capital,knowledge management and technological innovation performance.Empirical analysis and hypothesis testing are carried out through path analysis and mediation effects,and the results are analyzed and discussed.According to the research results,the positive impact of corporate human capital on technological innovation performance is basically established.Among them,the impact of explicit human capital on breakthrough technology innovation performance is not significant;the positive impact of corporate human capital on knowledge management is basically established.The impact of implicit human capital on knowledge accumulation is not significant;knowledge management has a significant positive impact on technological innovation performance;knowledge management plays a part in mediating the impact of corporate human capital ontechnological innovation performance.Finally,according to the research conclusions of this paper,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: optimize the human capital incentive mechanism of the enterprise;enhance the internal knowledge management ability;and create the internal and external environment of the enterprise that is conducive to improving the performance of technological innovation.The research limitations and future research prospects due to scale design,model construction and sample selection are proposed. |
