Research On The Measurement Of County Economic Growth Quality In Henan Province

County economic development is the foundation of China's economic and social development.At present,China is in the deepening period of the socialist market economic system,the critical period of economic restructuring,and the new era of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Facing the new situation,new tasks,and new environment,we will earnestly study and improve the quality of county economic growth and transform the county.The economic growth mode,actively develop and implement a strategic approach that is highly targeted and operationally superior.It is crucial to improve the quality of county economic growth and promote the development of county economic growth mode.This paper follows the research ideas of "theoretical analysis,empirical test,policy recommendations",and carries out theoretical analysis and empirical research on the problems of county economic growth quality and economic growth mode in Henan Province.First,it sorts out and analyzes the theory of economic growth quality,and studies the basic conditions and problems of county economic development in Henan Province,and then from the structure of economic growth,environmental protection quality,scientific and technological progress,residents' quality of life,economic stability,etc.In this regard,the measurement of the economic growth quality of different counties in Henan Province is carried out.In response to the problems and measurement results in the development process,corresponding suggestions are put forward to promote the stable and rapid development of county economic growth in Henan Province.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: The overall development of county economic growth in Henan Province in 2013-2017 is better,and the weights in the development of the second and third industries,environmental protection and pollution control,patent application and authorization are relatively large.high.At the same time,from the perspective of the development of economic growth quality,the proportion of counties with higher economic growth quality is 49.41%,and the overall economic growth quality measurement value is higher.From the perspective of the trend of economic growth quality growth,48.24% of the county's economic growth quality in Henan Province developed well in the early stage,and the growth in the later period lacked motivation.The development trend of the 18 county-level economic growth quality was better,and the growth rate was faster.According to the above analysis of the paper,some countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the transformation of county economic growth mode in Henan Province are proposed.The first is to optimize the economic growth structure of the county in Henan Province and promote the upgrading and transformation of the industrial structure.The second is to continuously improve the quality of environmental protection and increase pollution control.At the same time,we must pay attention to technological innovation and technological progress,and continue to maintain the trend of patent growth.From the aspects of urbanization and residents' income,it improves the quality of life of residents,maintains the stability of economic movement,enriches the theoretical connotation of the measurement of county economic growth quality,and provides reference and reference for comprehensively improving the quality of county economic growth in Henan Province.
