A Study On Inclusive Growth Of Economy In Lian Shan Economic Growth Quality

This paper studies the quality of economic growth in Yao Ethnic minority areas located in Lianshan Autonomous County. The background of our research comes from the relatively backward situation in both the aspects of economy and social development in minority areas of our country, which results into low economic growth quality, while Lianshan Autonomous County is very pool to be one of the Guangdong Province key poverty alleviation county. From the perspectives of the inclusive growth, this paper studies the present situation, existed problems and ways of improvement of Lianshan Yao Autonomous County economic growth quality lying on the use of literature analysis method, field survey method and principal component analysis method, combined with the characteristics of regional economy.By comparing with the previous research finding the research to study economic growth quality mainly concentrated in the comprehensive evaluation of the effect on economic growth, mainly focus on economic running quality index, material resources running quality index, people life quality index, ecological environment quality index, etc., but ignores the profit poverty, sustainable, sharing and fairness occurred in the process of economic growth. Based on the analysis of the relationship between inclusive growth and the quality of economic growth, this paper proposes an analytical framework of the quality of economic growth in ethnic areas from the perspective of inclusive growth.In order to verify the analytical framework, first of all in the fourth chapter, we analyses the present situation and the problems of economy growth quality of Lianshan Yao Autonomous County, through the collected data from 2006 to 2013 for eight consecutive years of relevant 13 indicators related with Economic and social development of Lianshan Yao Autonomous County, Qingyuan City and the Guangdong Provincial. By comparing and analyzing the data, we found the insufficient problems existed in aspects of hill in economic growth and poverty, persistent, sharing and fairness of Yao Ethnic Autonomous County.In Chapter 5, we construct a measure of ethical region economy growth quality index system, involving two primary level indicators which means economic achievements creation and sharing, seven secondary level indicators including economic level, demand structure, industry structure, people’s living standard, education, achievement distribution, social security and 19 thirdary level indicators. Using the principal component analysis method to calculating data collected from Lianshan County during 2004 to 2012 based on the 19 indicators, it was found that development trend curves of economy achievements sharing from 2004 to 2008 showed rapid growth with a large slope, while after 2009 the growth began to gradually slow down, the curve flattens out. The development curves of economic achievements creation from 2004 to 2012 showed a rising trend, but in 2006 and 2009 had dropped greatly. In the thirdary level indicators of economy achievement creation, real per capita GDP(x1), rate of investment(x5), the weight of primary industry value-added proportion(x8) is relatively high, while on the economic achievement sharing, the summary weight of per capita income(y1), the average pupil teacher(y4), urban-rural income ratio(y6) and registered urban unemployment rate(y8) is relatively high.To conduct a survey on the satisfaction of economy achievement sharing results of Lianshan Yao Autonomous County, including 7 major categories and a total of 45 sub-problems. Survey results show that: the overall satisfaction of Lianshan Yao Autonomous County residents on economic achievement sharing is 68.1 points, the highest is basic education obtaining 72.2 points, followed by the distribution of the achievements of 68.6%, the next is living standard of 6.75 points, finally is the social security of 64.6 points.In chapter 6, according to results of the analysis of the problems mentioned above and the principal component analysis and questionnaire survey, this paper proposed ways of improving the quality of economic growth of Lianshan Yao Autonomous County, including: raising the income of residents to increase the profit poverty of economic growth; developing eco economy to enhance the sustainability of economic growth; speeding up the development of social undertakings in the minority areas to improve Lianshan economic growth sharing, narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas, improve fairness of economic growth.In this paper, we construct an analysis framework of economic quality in minority areas from the perspective of inclusive growth, and verify it from two aspects of empirical and field research. Put forward the way of improving economic quality growth is inclusive.
