Progress management is a very important subject in the nine knowledge areas of the project management discipline.As a tool for project management,the WBS method is the intersection of various project management activities—plan,schedule,cost,technical status,resource allocation,contract management,cooperative division of labor,and statistical information management.Applying WBS to enterprise service project management can help enterprises improve service management efficiency and,to a certain extent,provide guarantee for the smooth implementation of enterprise product service projects.This paper first introduces the theory of project management and the method theory and application method of WBS tools,and briefly analyzes the application of WBS in project management.Then,the status of service management of W company is analyzed.At the same time,the service management mode and method with advantages in the industry are investigated,and the problem points and improvement direction of W company service project management are identified.That is to say,the goal of management plan optimization is to solve the problem in the service management process of W company in the past: "target and task is not clear and specific","the service preparation progress is uncontrollable","the process activity rights and interests are not clear","the process activity coupling is poor","the construction period cannot be accurately estimated" and so on.Which to promoted the significant improvement and optimization of W company in scope management and schedule management.Through the research and analysis of WBS tools in practical project application,the W company service project management plan is formed,and the pre-sales and after-sales service is integrated into a complete project for management,which can effectively carry out project schedule management and team performance evaluation management.And project scope management to ensure the realization of W company's pre-sales service management and after-sales service management objectives.Finally,in response to the specific implementation and control of W company's service project management plan,corresponding measures and countermeasures are proposed to ensure the effective implementation of the plan.I hope that through the solutions and problem-solving ideas discussed in this paper,I will provide valuable reference information for service project managers in the consumer electronics industry,and provide direction for the optimization of pre-sales and after-sales service management.
