With the rapid development of China's logistics industry,the ever-increasing scale of logistics business and the diversified development of customer demands,the intelligent logistics equipment market competition is continuously aggravated,compressing the profit space of traditional intelligent logistics equipment manufacturers.Intelligent logistics equipment manufacturers urgently need effective service strategy to improve its market competitiveness and achieve transformation and development.On the other hand,taking the regional logistics center as an example,the huge scale of logistics business and the high degree of logistics mechanization have made the regional logistics centers face a huge risk of intelligent logistics equipment fault.How to rapidly and effectively handle the fault risks of intelligent logistics equipment,ensure the operational benefits of the supply chain as well as control the operation costs is undoubtedly a huge challenge for logistics centers.This thesis faces the development dilemma and the urgent need for servitization transformation of intelligent logistics equipment manufacturers,combining with the regional logistics centers' risk prevention and logistics operation cost control requirements to study the servitization strategy.This thesis takes the intelligent sorting system manufacturers as an example,assuming that there are multiple logistics centers in the area using the same manufacturer's product and accepting its additional product services.Under the scenario of the fault prediction of the intelligent sorting system in a logistics center in the region,it studies the regional multi-logistics center collaborative scheduling model based on the manufacturer's service capabilities to provide service strategy for manufacturer to meet the needs of the target logistics center and enhance its market competitiveness.This article mainly contains three aspects:(1)First section is under the situation that freight vehicles will arrive the fault logistics center around the same time,studying the multi-logistics centers static collaborative scheduling model based on manufacturers' service capabilities.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the model are verified by numerical simulation.(2)Second section takes into account the influence of time constraints,further studying the multi-logistics center dynamic collaborative scheduling model based on manufacturer's service capabilities under the situation of freight vehicles arriving the fault logistics center at different time.On this basis,based on the correlation between the arrival time and the loading volume of vehicles,the arrival time of vehicles is adjusted to further improve the model,so that to improve the utilization of sorting resources in fault logistics centers and optimize the collaborative scheduling strategy.(3)Based on the background of the research problem proposed,combined with the idea of manufacturer's customized service,a risk-preference based two-stage bi-objective ant colony algorithm(TSBO-ACA)is designed to solve the problem.This thesis improves the optimization mechanism of Pareto solution set and design a pre-strategy mechanism based on the nature of the problem to solve the models proposed and verify its rationality and effectiveness.The numerical simulation results prove the rationality,effectiveness and feasibility of the regional multi-logistics center collaborative scheduling models proposed,and demonstrates the superiority of risk-preference based TSBO-ACA,which provides the theoretical and practical basis for manufacturer to implement effective and feasible servitization strategy.In addition,through numerical simulation analysis,it is found that the decision results under the dynamic scheduling model are significantly better than the static scheduling model,and further studies demonstrate that the concentration of vehicle arrival time is negatively related to the collaborative scheduling decision results.The thesis also contrastively analyzes the difference between the decision before and after optimization,provide reference for vehicle arrival time optimization strategy,improve the sorting resource utilization rate of logistics center,further improve the satisfaction of manufacturer's servitization strategy,and provide better products services to promote the servitization transformation development.
