In the past 2018,non-performing assets have become a hot word in the Chinese economy.The decision-making layer frequently mentioned the operational difficulties of private enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises,and made a series of major strategic deployments to alleviate the problems of financing difficulties for private enterprises.In the subsequent actions,a number of non-licensed private non-performing asset management companies initiated or participated in a number of non-performing asset disposal projects,and a large number of liquidity-solidified companies were released.Tracing back to the historical background and development history of the non-licensed private non-performing asset management company,it can be found that the non-licensed private non-performing asset management company is the bank’s scavenger.Compared with licensed non-performing asset management companies,non-licensed private non-performing asset management companies are not familiar with the local economy,but are more familiar with the local economy and are dealing with local non-performing assets.It is more convenient to prevent and resolve regional risks.At the same time,most non-licensed private non-performing asset management companies use localized individualized treatment methods to help enterprise resource integration and waste utilization.In some places,non-licensed private non-performing asset management companies have become an important starting point for local governments to manage risks,solve market economies,and promote industrial transformation and upgrading.This paper takes LH Group’s non-performing asset investment business as the research object.The first chapter summarizes the research background,purpose and significance.Status of disposal of non-performing assets at home and abroad.The main research content and methods of the thesis.Chapter 2 is the judgment and analysis of the trends in the non-performing asset industry.Chapter3 focuses on the basic situation of the LH Group and several major business segments.The process of producing the subject matter of non-performing assets.The group’s return rate has dropped.The cause of brain drain.SWOT problemanalysis.Multiple pressure issues in the new environment.Chapter 4 presents a series of solutions.Specialized disposal,innovative models,the use of private equity advantages and other methods proposed to build a scientific management system for the disposal of non-performing assets,expounding the design goals and principles.The risk management system framework was designed from the aspects of LH Group’s non-performing asset investment sector management system and risk management process.Through the research in this paper,it is helpful to clearly understand the problems existing in LH Group’s management of non-performing asset investment,provide a systematic construction plan for LH Group’s non-performing asset investment sector management system,and improve the management ability and guarantee of LH Group’s non-performing asset investment sector.LH Group provides useful guidance and reference for the healthy development of the non-performing asset investment sector.
