With the gradual integration of the global economy,increasingly fierce market competition,strategic purchasing department has become one of the core competitiveness of enterprises,including supplier management is highly concerned.Western countries have formed a system of management methods and tools,however,most of the theories and tools are applicable to large,powerful suppliers.The management of small or medium manufacturing suppliers needs more skills.In H company security products business group,the proportion of small or medium manufacturing suppliers has reached more than 50%.Small or medium manufacturing suppliers have small quantities,variety,structure complex,multi-member non-standard features,etc.In practical work,on small or medium manufacturing supplier evaluation and performance management,still access a number of issues to be studied.This paper analyzes the status of supplier management theory,and explains the current problems in the small or medium manufacturing supplier management of H company security products business group.Since small or medium manufacturing suppliers access to evaluation and performance management is a complex,multidimensional decision analysis including both quantitative and qualitative indicators,thus establishing a system of management is very important in practical work.This article combines Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and gray relational analysis(GRA)to establish a flexible,dynamic index system.By article describes the theoretical and empirical analysis of H company,we can see this method takes into account the actual situation of small or medium manufacturing suppliers,more flexible,has more maneuverability on H company's selection of suppliers and supplier development for small or medium suppliers. |
