Electrochemistry Equipment Localization Project Risk Analysis And Strategy Discuss

With the rapid increase of domestic industrial level,the foreign advanced equipment manufacturing also move to China.As Europe and the United states advanced industrial countries for equipment manufacturing has mature standards and higher quality requirement,so localization projects not only have to consider control quality but also consider the cost,digestion and absorption of technology and guarantee delivery time.Therefore,how to control and manage the import equipment manufacture localization project and control the project risk become a subject of study.This paper hopes to use the learned knowledge of project risk management course,combined with the present stage of domestic and foreign theories of risk management and these theory and method as a guide,try to find,evaluation,analysis of all possible risks,and try to provide some countermeasures as reference.Research the variety risk in projects process by using generalized method of risk analysis.Specifically we use qualitative analysis method(checklist,brainstorming)to identify risk,find out the potential problems affect the quality、cost in the progress of the project.After risk identification is completed,estimate the identified risks and the expected project profit by break-even analysis.Calculate the profit and loss limit,calculate project production load rate,confirm project expected profitability.Using Delphi method to evaluate the quantitative score of occurrence probability and influence degree of each risk.Make the risk coordinates(matrix)chart on the basis of quantitative score.Then,evaluate the risk based on risk estimate: using subject score method for main risk factor to evaluate the overall impact degree,obtain the overall project risk level;using FMEA method to calculate and sort risk;in order to further verify FMEA method,using “Borda” method to calculate Borda ordinal number and sort each risk again according to Borda ordinal number.Finally,give the appropriate countermeasures based on risk and potential issues.Through consulting the expert and my own analysis and summary,try to find the methods to reduce the probable risk loss to the minimum level,improve the security of investment.
