Six Sigma In Reducing Use Of WIP Tube Plate

With the change of environment,the tube plate has become an important equipment to Binhai substation work,A company as a partner of the Binhai project,the tube plate for the production,in the production process,often face inventory is too high,resulting in the cost of the project promotion,is not conducive to the rapid promotion of the project,in order to solve this problem in this paper,the tube plate produced by A as the research object,in-depth analysis of the inventory,in order to explore the optimization schemes to reduce inventory.In this study,bed tube plate inventory optimization scheme for the spindle,is analyzed by the Six Sigma DMAIC approach,which starts from the production process of all expectations,and ultimately reduces production in the process of product inventory optimization and controls industry research conclusions of this paper,contributing to the tube plate inventory,while promoting the rapid operation of the industrial chain to realize the rapid response,supply chain.The study based on Six Sigma DMAIC approach,starts from the expected production process of each tube for key factors in increasing the causes and effects of the WIP inventory to conduct a comprehensive analysis,and further analysis of several reasons for the project inventory proposed phase increase,further puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions,which improved the stage through the analysis of qualitative and quantitative methods,mainly from five aspects: reforming and improvement of the information flow in production planning and management,improvement and optimization of raw materials procurement and supplier management sales management and customer management optimization and inventory management optimization.Through the application of the inventory optimization model,the final total monthly inventory amount reduced from 3 million 500 thousand yuan to 2 million 800 thousand,decreased by about 29%,to achieve the information flow in the production process of the accuracy and efficiency of the promotion,which makes the production plan be fully optimized,the development of raw materials procurement and management of suppliers becoming more and more rational finally,the upgrading of the entire production line efficiency,and customer satisfaction.The conclusion of this study will help optimize the tube plate inventory control industry,and promote the rapid operation of the industrial chain,to realize the rapid response supply chain.
