In today's complex economic competition environment,enterprises are increasingly aware of the importance of human resources management to enhance comprehensive competitiveness and long-term development.So how to use some methods to improve the effectiveness of management has become the focus of business managers.High performance work system is a hot topic in the field of human resources management in recent years.If enterprises can operate with a perfect high performance work system,they will be more flexible to adapt to the changing market environment.Employee satisfaction is an important indicator to measure the degree of enterprise development.As the most important resource of an enterprise,employees' satisfaction with their working environment,reward system and remuneration will directly affect employees' working mood.If employees want to be passionate at work,they need to build a complete high-performance work system to support them.In this paper,we mainly analyze the relationship between high performance work system and employee satisfaction,and add organizational identity as an intermediary variable to explore.On the basis of previous literature and relevant theoretical basis,we further verify the relationship between high performance work system and employee satisfaction.Finally,we hope to be able to serve our enterprises.The development provides corresponding theoretical support.In this paper,first of all,using the questionnaire survey method,before the formal survey,the questionnaire was tested with small samples to ensure that the questionnaire can meet the background of this survey.After verifying the feasibility of the questionnaire,the enterprises in Liaoning Province were investigated.Then the data were analyzed by a series of statistical analysismethods,such as descriptive statistical analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,and the final results were given.The corresponding reasons are analyzed to further explore the relationship between high performance work system and employee satisfaction.In this study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)There is a significant positive correlation between high performance work system and employee satisfaction,but the impact of each dimension of high performance work system on employee satisfaction is different;(2)high performance work system has a significant positive correlation with organizational identity;(3)employee satisfaction and organizational identity have a significant positive correlation;(4)Organizational identity plays a mediating role between high performance work system and employee satisfaction.
