Study On Performance Evaluation Of Chinese Patent Medicine Listed Companies In China

Based on the Chinese medicine industry policy and planning issued by the country in recent years and the development of Chinese patent medicine industry,this paper takes the performance and financial data of the A-share listed companies in Chinese patent medicine industry as the research entry point and builds the performance evaluation of Chinese patent medicine listed companies indicator system.It also conducts methodological and empirical research on the performance level of the Chinese patent medicine industry and its related listed companies.First of all,this paper fully collects,organizes and sorts out the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the listed companies and corporate performance evaluation theory,and reviews the methods of corporate performance evaluation.Secondly,this paper determines the concept of Chinese patent medicine industry,analyzes the development of China’s Chinese patent medicine industry with the relevant financial data and industry development planning,and establishes the design principles of the performance index system of Chinese Chinese patent medicine listed companies.Thirdly,the method and empirical research on the comprehensive evaluation of financial performance of 60 listed Chinese patent medicine companies in China,using factor analysis and data envelopment analysis to explore the performance level and “input-output” efficiency of listed companies in the Chinese patent medicine industry.Fourthly,combined with the existing research results,from the performance evaluation analysis structure,the enterprise "input-output" efficiency analysis results,the Chinese patent medicine industry to explore the potential problems of the industry and participating companies.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions that are conducive to the improvement of performance level and operational efficiency of Chinese patent medicine enterprises,which is conducive to the sustainable development of the industry.In this paper,the research shows that the Insufficient output has become a bottleneck that plagues the development of Chinese patent medicine industry.Moreover,investing in redundancy to limit the transformation and upgrading of Chinese patented listed companies.And The “input-output” efficiency balance of some enterprises is relatively low.And There is an imbalance in the current state of the industry.One the one hand,the operating capacity of the old Chinese medicine listed companies needs to be improved.On the other hand,Enterprises should gradually improve the input and output efficiency of product R&D resources.Furthermore,the management ideas of the Chinese patent medicine industry should be gradually adjusted.And Chinese medicine industry management supporting policy system needs to be improved.By comprehensive analysis,we find that the Chinese patent medicine industry is a core component of the development of China’s traditional Chinese medicine industry.Chinese patent medicine listed companies are the "leaders" and "navigators" of the Chinese patent medicine industry.The industry supervision department shall appropriately adjust the focus of the industry policy according to the development of the enterprises within the locality,and improve the supporting system for the management policy of the Chinese patent medicine industry.Enterprises should fully understand their own problems,vigorously optimize their business models,gradually reduce the scale of their industrial chains,and rationally increase the level of R&D investment,thereby grasp historical opportunities and promote the efficient development of enterprises and Chinese patent medicine industries.
