Evaluation And Analysis Of Chinese Medicine Competitiveness Of Enterprises In Shanghai And Shenzhen

In last several decades, the study to the enterprise competitive force has been the focus of the domestic and international theory sectors. The evaluation analysis of the enterprise competitive force has become an important part of the competitive force study. Along with continuous lifting of enterprise competitive force and evaluation demand of the domestic enterprises, institutions and individual investors, the present evaluation research results of the competitive force can't fully satisfy the demands of the enterprises and the investors. Especially, the listed companies of traditional Chinese medicines in China's medicine field, one of the most focused sectors of the government and ordinary people, are undertaking the heavy task to inherit excellent Chinese traditional culture and revitalize traditional Chinese medicine. Their competitive force research and evaluation has very important theory and realistic significance.At first, the author reviewed the documents which relate to domestic and international evaluation to the competitive force. By means of the comparison analysis to the main methods of the competitive force evaluation, the author selected the main research methods and implements. On the basis of impact factors analysis to the enterprise competitive force in traditional Chinese medicine field, in this paper the author cited the indexes reflecting the features of traditional Chinese medicine manufacturers, and adopted the methods such as setting up observation points and score standards to quantize the indexes, thus building the evaluation index system to the competitive force of the listed traditional Chinese medicine companies with relative dynamic state and industrial characteristics. Based on the system, the author analyzed the factors of the sampled enterprises' competitive force and conducted the comprehensive evaluation, finally got the ranking place of all traditional Chinese medicine enterprises listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock market. By further adopting cluster analysis, radar diagram and other special ways and tools, the author made a rooted analysis to the competitive force of the listed traditional Chinese medicine companies so as to provide systematic theory guide and action basis for domestic listed traditional Chinese medicine companies' evaluation, textual research and competitive force lifting, and provided theory and practical foundation for government, trade administrators and investors to dynamically monitor the competitive force of the listed traditional Chinese medicine companies.
