The Layout Characteristics And Economic Impact Of China's Integrated Free Trade Zone

Facing the development pattern of world economic integration,China has established six types of special customs supervision areas.In order to solve the problems of overlapping administrative management,imperfect functions and the inability of inland regions to enjoy relevant policy dividends,etc.,the state council issued relevant documents on August 28,2015 to integrate the existing special regions in inland regions and unify them into a comprehensive bonded zone with consistent forms and integrated functions.As a special customs supervision area with the highest level of opening,the layout planning of integrated free trade zone is related to the construction strength of omni-directional and multi-level open pattern in the new era.On this basis,this paper firstly reviews the construction process of six types of special customs supervision areas,and clarifies the important status of integrated free trade zone as China's open economic development platform and inland areas' opening window.As for the research on the layout characteristics of integrated free trade zone,this paper adopts the comparative analysis method to analyze the spatial and temporal characteristics from the two perspectives of the number,scale and regional distribution of integrated free trade zone,and obtains the layout characteristics of five points: the Yangtze river delta agglomeration phenomenon significantly,the eastern coastal province of distribution density,inland city layout number,gathered in the developed cities,along the border and the distribution of three major rivers,and the 4 points distribution trend prediction: approval number will be further reduced,planning area of will be gradually narrowed,the central and western inland areas,border areas,and a new line,the second-and third-tier cities will become the key area layout.As for the study on the economic impact of integrated free trade zone,this paper adopts the research method of combining theory with demonstration.Firstly,the radiation effect of integrated free trade zone on hinterland is analyzed theoretically.Secondly,comparative analysis of integrated free trade zone for the hinterland of the economic contribution rate.Then,using monadic linear regression model,imports and exports,the actual use of the added value of comprehensive bonded zones,pinch,final start area,the staff are several variables such as the hinterland economy respectively,the second industry and foreign trade development,foreign capital utilization level of the representative indexes of regression,finally get 5 economic impact: The integrated free trade zone plays a certain role in promoting the economic development of the hinterland.Among them,the integrated free trade zone plays the most significant role as an open economic development platform,but there are regional differences in its impact.In addition,the impact of the closed area in the zone is strong,and the impact of the number of employees in the zone is weak.According to the research conclusion,this paper puts forward three Suggestions for the development of the integrated free trade zone in the end: continue to optimize the national layout of the integrated free trade zone,build it into a new highland of opening up,continue to strengthen the hinterland infrastructure and system construction,so as to better play the radiation role of the integrated free trade zone.
