Research On The Infrastructure Construction Projects’ Management Models Of Yuhua Economic Development Park

With the social development,promoting the rule of law in our society,the improvement of the concerned construction management,and peopele’s new objects on regional development,the traditional,single management model of projects sponsored by the government can not comply with the requet of the project constructuion and economic development.As the leading force of local economic development,undertaking innovative,the economic development park should not only accelerate the transition in economic development and try new model of development,but also promote the innovation on the park construction management and accelerate the market-oriented management on PCM model to find the sutible model by collerating and optimizing the realities of the park.Meanwhile,during the carrying our ot the project,systems for the management system and mechanism of scientific decision-making,fair competition,rational construction and efficiency should be strengthened.This paper analyses the advanced project management mode of park infrastructure construction in developed countries,regions and domestic regions,by introducing the concept,characteristics and management mechanism of government investment infrastructure.Going over different models of Yuhua economic development park in different periods,describing the characterics,the paper gives some suggestions on choosing the model of infrastructure construction in Yuhua economic development park and measures of improvement.The conslusions are as following:(1)For government-invested infrastructure construction projects,we should choose the appropriate construction management mode according to the nature,scale,type of construction and the owner’s own situation of the project,instead of one single model during different periods and situations.(2)The diversification of construction project management mode has played an important role in the construction and development of Yuhua Economic Development park.Collaborating the development status of Yuhua Economic Development park and the current social environment,this paper puts forward suitable management mode catering for different types of construction projects.(3)In the past,there are also some problems such as low investment efficiency and inefficiency caused by lack of scientific decision-making and management.Therefore,it is suggested that the decision-making mechanism be further improved,the organizational structure of project management be strengthened,and the construction of supervision system and accountability mechanism be improved.As the mode of project construction has impacts on the social efficiency of the the projects sponsored by the government,mode of project management should take the social situation,construction surrounding,market into consideration comprehensively during the decision and management of the government-sponsored project construction,and should dare to take innovation,reforming to choose the more efficient,suitable mode of project management.There are also some shortcomings.Which should be explored furtherly,when analysing the workable divesifying mode of PCM,as follows:(1)when the governments choose the mode of PCM,how to make full use of the market force tochoose the subjects,how to improve the competitiveness should also be explored furtherly.(2)there is no deep research on the project efficiency and judgements systmen and no formulation of complete system suggestion.
