Since the reform and opening up,the pace of China’s manufacturing industry has continued accelerated,not only improved the overall scale,comprehensive strength is also greatly enhanced.It has made an extremely important contribution to China’s domestic economic and social development,also become a very important driven force to the global economic development.But in recent years,the traditional competitive advantage of Chinese manufacturing industry is difficult to retaining,the constraint of being bound by many factors is becoming more and more obvious.Since the economic development moving into the new era,China’s manufacturing industry had to speed up its transformation and upgrading.In the meanwhile,from the enterprise level,raising the awareness of distress and management level is an urgent task and challenge.This thesis mainly studies on the production process and management problems and optimization schemes of S company.It begins with expounds the historical evolution of production management theory and the application status of S company;then combines the development history and market environment analysis,through the actual case analysis,excavate the problems in each aspect of the foundry enterprise and generate these problems.Base on that,the thesis studies the structure and culture of enterprises in production organization,the environmental adaptability of functional organization structure,organizational culture also lacks affinity and attraction for front-line employees;the flexibility of production planning work is insufficient,and also the quality team need adapted with a global view and method for production control,especially for the main causes(equipment and raw materials).In view of the above problems,the following optimization schemes are given: the implementation of the value-driven concept,the customer-oriented orientation,breaking the ideology of all staffs;optimizing the organizational structure as a matrix to improve resource allocation and work efficiency,and introducing the OKR performance assessment method to inspire employees’ enthusiasm and subjective initiative;implement equipment comprehensive efficiency management methods,from repair to management,improve equipment usage and maintenance level,and ensure the integration of production conformed with company evelopment strategies.Through the study of this topic,I hope people could find some references on EMS management in the industry.
