Intellectual Property Pledge Financing

From rapid growth to high quality and economic development in China,the supply side lead China’s economic structural reform of high quality development.Driven by innovation,the industrial economy has grown,and the industrial structure and product structure have become increasingly high-end,green and intelligent.Intellectual property pledge financing is an important path to implement the strategy of innovation driven development.Taking intellectual property as the subject matter of pledge can not only save the investment of capital and tangible assets,but also transform intangible assets into financial assets through financing,so as to supplement the capital chain necessary for enterprise research and development.The loan method is not only conducive to expanding the financing channels of small and medium-sized technology enterprises,but also conducive to improving enterprises’ awareness of intellectual property,promoting the development of the financial industry and promoting the construction of an innovative country.However,as an intangible asset,intellectual property has the natural disadvantages such as difficulty in asset value evaluation,poor stability and high realization cost in financing guarantee function,which leads to the dilemma of "whether it is well received or not".Effective measures must be taken as soon as possible to break the above barriers.Based on the above background,this study selects the case of intellectual property pledge financing of H technology company as the research object.Theoretical basis is deeply understood from multiple perspectives,interdisciplinary and classification.In market research part,in view of H company Foshan macro environment of science and technology and the development trend of ceramic industry case described the feasibility and the necessity,research shows that intellectual property pledge financing increase overall innovation,Foshan,competitiveness of ascension.In case study part,his research in detail this paper introduces the general situation of H company of science and technology,intellectual property pledge financing project implementation plan and the detailed rules for the content,combined with background of financing directly analyze the ease of financing constraints,and the H technology company intellectual property pledge financing motivation analysis,in-depth interpretation on the entire financing program to the characteristics of the intellectual property rights to the pledge risk control measures.The use of financial index analysis method to analyze financing risk,performance before and after comparison at the same time combined with the feature of ceramic industry and science and technology of H company’s specific situation,to pledge financing risks and financing financial performance in the same industry comparison,highlight the solvency and liquidity and the change of development quality and risk control.Finally,the case of H technology company intellectual property pledge financing,learned this case to promote success of scientific intellectual property pledge financing.According to the problems and risks in the development of intellectual property pledge financing in China,some Suggestions are put forward.The research shows that the pledge financing of intellectual property improves the quality of research and development,improves the financing efficiency,reduces the financing risk,and enhances the competitiveness of enterprises by mobilizing the innovation enthusiasm of small and medium-sized technological enterprises.It is hoped that this study will be a positive example for the further development of policy formulation.
