In the era of knowledge economy,the bio-pharmaceutical industry has become a pillar industry in many developed countries,and it is also an important choice for industrial transformation and upgrading of developing countries.As a typical high-tech industry,innovation is the core of the development of the bio-pharmaceutical industry.The innovation network can provide innovative resources such as knowledge,technology and talents for the innovation subject,and promote the improvement of innovation performance,thus promoting the development of the industry.The cluster innovation network is the focus of economic geographers in recent years,and many research results have appeared.With the advent of multidimensional proximity theory,geoscientists no longer study the innovation network from the geographic dimension,but gradually analyze the innovation connection and innovation performance from the cognitive proximity,organizational proximity and multi-dimensional proximity.Proximity has become a new perspective for innovative network research.What is the current shape and innovation capability of the innovation network of bio-pharmaceutiical cluster at different stages? How has its innovation network evolved? How much influence does the proximity of geographic proximity,cognitive proximity,and organizational proximity affect the evolution of innovation networks? What is the evolutionary mechanism of innovative networks under multidimensional proximity? These problems are not only the theoretical focus of innovation subjects in the field of innovation geography,government and academic circles,but also the urgent need to answer questions in the process of promoting bio-pharmaceutical cooperation innovation in countries and regions.Before the study,the related research results at home and abroad are sorted out,and the shortcomings of the current research are found out.On this basis,the theoretical analysis framework of the evolution of the innovation network of bio-pharmaceutical clusters under the influence of multidimensional proximity is attempted.Taking the bio-pharmaceutical industry cluster in Guangzhou as a case,explore the main members of the innovative innovation network of bio-pharmaceutical clusters,the characteristics of innovation linkages,and the evolution of network structure and innovation performance.Analyze the impact of multi-dimensional proximities on the bio-pharmaceutical innovation network and its evolution mechanism.The research results can enrich the innovative network theory system and enrich the theoretical research of multi-dimensional proximity in China.It has certain practical significance to improve the competitiveness of local bio-pharmaceutical industry cluster in Guangzhou and promote the development of regional high-tech industry.First,sort out the existing literature.This paper reviews the research network and the latest achievements of the innovation network from the characteristics and structure,the mechanism and evolution of the cluster innovation network,and the research differences of different types of innovation networks.It analyzes the domestic and foreign organisms from the cluster,cluster innovation and cluster innovation network.The current research status of the pharmaceutical industry;around the research topic of this paper,systematically sort out the research results of proximity and cluster innovation,multi-dimensional proximities and high-tech industry innovation.Second,build a theoretical analysis framework.On the basis of analyzing the composition of bio-pharmaceutical cooperation innovation network elements,the evolution analysis framework of innovation network is constructed.The cooperative innovation network is divided into three levels: core network,auxiliary network and environmental network.The neighboring attributes of the innovation subject are determined,and the influence of the proximities function on the innovation connection is identified.Taking network structure and innovation performance as the representation of the development level of innovation network,it explores the characteristics of structure and performance in different evolution periods,and the effect of proximities on it.Finally,the mechanism for network evolution is derived.Third,the analysis of the status quo and the construction of the network.Combining the first-hand data and statistical data of field research,we will sort out the development of Guangzhou bio-pharmaceutical industry,cooperation environment and innovation achievements.According to its development history,it divides industrial development into three stages: the primary germination stage,the steady growth stage and the rapid development stage.The bio-pharmaceutical cluster innovation network in Guangzhou is constructed from two aspects: network components and layered structure.According to the questionnaire data,the status quo of innovation cooperation under multi-dimensional proximities is analyzed.The analysis results show that the geographical proximity of too high or too low is not conducive to the formation of innovation linkage;the enterprises with market supply and demand relationship in economic organization have more willingness to cooperate;It is easier to create cooperation when the disciplines and professions of the enterprises are the same and the level of innovation ability is equal..When the cognitive proximity level is high,the geographical proximity level is low,and the organization is moderately adjacent,most enterprises can obtain better innovation performance.Fourth,empirical research.Based on the cooperation of patents,cooperation papers,listed companies' annual reports,interviews and other basic data,analyze the changes in the structure and innovation performance of the bio-pharmaceutical cluster innovation network in Guangzhou.With reference to the research results of the predecessors,combined with the actual situation in Guangzhou,the relevant indicators for measuring the proximity of the three dimensions are determined.The structural model is constructed,and the effects of multidimensional proximities on the innovation network structure and performance are calculated by SmartPLS 3 software.Qualitative analysis of typical bio-pharmaceutical companies to explore the evolution of innovation networks in different types of enterprises.The results show that cognitive proximity has a continuous positive effect on the development of innovation networks;geographic proximity has a low direct effect on innovation networks,but it has a mediating effect on the network by affecting cognitive proximity and organizational proximity.The positive effect of organizational proximity in the growth stage of the network is the most significant,and the effect of the change is large.The four typical enterprises in each stage are basically consistent in the degree of multi-dimensional proximities.Fifth,analysis of evolutionary mechanisms.The proximity of each dimension is different in the different stages of industrial development,and the degree of promotion of the innovation network is also different.Geographical proximity plays a significant role in the formation of the network structure.Cognitive proximity can promote the increase of network density and the increase of the number of individual networks.The high level of cognitive proximity contributes to the improvement of economic efficiency.when the level of organizational proximity is high,the output of enterprise innovation results is greater.When multi-dimensional proximities affects the changes of network structure and innovation performance,its level of action presents a certain periodicity.
