With the growth of population, rapid economic development and accelerated industrialization, environmental pollution, the problems of environmentalpollution, lack of resources and others were becoming more serious,as well as the orderly operation of the natural resources system had been destroyed.Under such a situation, the development goals of the three major spaces of production, life and ecology were put forward at the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee. It made the research on the " Ecological-Living-Industrial Land" of the land a hot spot in land use research. In this paper,Mei County,Baoji City,Shaanxi Province was taken as the research area, and the land is divided into four categories: industrial-ecological land,ecological-industrial land,living-industrial land and ecological land, which were connected with the classification of land use status.Combined with the actual situation of land use in Mei County, the classification system of "Ecological-Living-Industrial Land" in Mei County was constructed, and the land use change data of 2009 and 2017 in the research area were used. The paper used GIS methods, statistical methods and a variety of land use change analysis methods to explore the temporal and spatial changes of Mei's "Ecological-Living-Industrial Land".Seven background factors and two restrictive factors affecting land development and construction were selected.Based on the "Ecological-Living-Industrial Land" in Mei County, the suitability evaluation of land development was carried out.The evaluation was launched from three aspects of single factor, single type of "Ecological-Living-Industrial Land" and comprehensive evaluation, and corresponding planning suggestions were put forward, providing certain theoretical basis for the development of land planning and management. The following conclusions were drawn:(1)According to the classification system of " Ecological-Living-Industrial Land" in Mei County, the data sets of " Ecological-Living-Industrial Land" in Mei County in 2009 and2017 were processed, and it could be seen that the temporal and spatial changes were obvious.(2)The amount of living-Industrial land in Mei County has increased, while the amount of ecological-industrial land has decreased. The quantity distribution of ecological-industrial land and ecological land in Mei County was very uneven. The distribution of industrial-ecological land and living-industrial land in each town was relatively even. From 2009 to 2017,the living-industrial land showed obvious expansion trend, while the change of other types of land was relatively small.(3)The structure of the "Ecological-Living-Industrial Land" in the north and south of Mei County was relatively balanced, the structure of the " Ecological-Living-Industrial Land" in the central region was relatively weak, and the information entropy of the "Ecological-Living-Industrial Land" in the towns changed little, maintaining a relatively stable state; In 2017,the distribution of ecological-industrial land in each town of Mei County was absolutely average, the distribution of industrial-ecological land and ecological land were relatively average, and the distribution gap of living-industrial land was large, among which the distribution gap of living-industrial land was expanding and the change range was the largest, the distribution gap of ecological-industrial land and industrial-ecological land was narrowing, but the range was small, and the distribution status of ecological land was unchanged. The patch structure of ecological-industrial land in Mei County was the most complex, with poor stability. The structure of living-industrial land was the simplest, with good stability. From 2009 to 2017,except for the increase in fractal dimension of living-industrial land and the decrease in stability, the fractal dimension of other "Ecological-Living-Industrial" types had decreased, with improved stability and the largest variation range of fractal dimension of ecological land.(4)Most of Mei's "Ecological-Living-Industrial land" was in unsuitable development areas, with the more suitable areas accounting for 10.26% of Mei's total land area, the general suitable areas accounting for 7.56%,the weaker suitable areas accounting for8.66%,and the unsuitable areas accounting for 73.52%.Among them, the overall suitability of living and production land was better. Most of the production ecological land and ecological production land were unsuitable for development. The general and relatively suitable areas for ecological land were only 3%,and the development suitability was the worst.Tangyu Town and Yingtou Town in the southern part of the county had the worst development suitability.Based on the above research, the paper provided corresponding suggestions for the "Ecological-Living-Industrial land" in Mei County, aiming at providing scientific reference basis for the development of land planning and management.
