In the era of knowledge economy,enterprises need to rely on human resources in the process of survival and development.Therefore,all kinds of enterprise decision makers pay more and more attention to the construction of talent team,and raise the introduction,training and reserve of talents to the strategic level of enterprises.Yinling Industrial Park is located in Yangjiang City,Guangdong Provincial Industrial transfer Park.At present,with the increase of the number of enterprises in the park,the scale of the park is also expanding,and the demand for talents is becoming more and more urgent.Talent is not only the lifeblood of the development of industrial park enterprises,but also the guarantee of continuous development and competitiveness of industrial park enterprises.the loss of talents is not only not conducive to the long-term,stable and healthy development of enterprises,but also strict.It has seriously hindered the development of the park.Therefore,how to stabilize and retain talent is an urgent problem to be solved in Yinling Industrial Park and enterprises.Guided by the relevant theories of modern human resource management,this paper makes a comprehensive investigation on the present situation of brain drain in Yinling Industrial Park enterprises by means of literature method,questionnaire method and mathematical statistical analysis.Find out the main factors that affect the brain drain of Yinling Industrial Park enterprises,and provide targeted countermeasures for Yinling Industrial Park which is in the predicament of brain drain.Through combing the relevant literature on brain drain at home and abroad,this paper studies and probes into the influence of the causes of brain drain on the brain drain in Yinling Industrial Park enterprises and the complex relationship among the causes.It is concluded that the factors that affect the brain drain of Yinling Industrial Park enterprises include unreasonable salary system,imperfect performance appraisal system,lack of challenge and autonomy of work itself,unscientific and unreasonable career development planning and so on.Finally,it is put forward that the enterprises of Yinling Industrial Park should strengthen the construction of corporate culture,construct an attractive salary and welfare system,establish an effective communication performance management system,and design posts that meet the characteristics of talents.Career planning and training system,formulate reasonable human resources planning,pay attention to the personalized needs of talents and so on.These research results provide important reference and practical guidance for enterprises in Yinling Industrial Park to strengthen human resource management and stabilize the policy adjustment and measures of talents.At the same time,it can also be used for reference to the management of enterprise brain drain in other less developed areas.
