Employee career management is a process of comprehensive and systematic management of employees' professional life through scientific and effective means.It is an effective management tool that can effectively combine employee personal development with organizational development.Employee's career management is a systematic project,which is an indispensable part of human resource management work,but it is the most vulnerable to the neglect of organizations and individuals in practice.If enterprises want to plan and develop steadily in the increasingly fierce market competition,they must think about how to fully exploit the important resources of "people",and career planning management can promote the realization of this goal.Therefore,its importance to the company is self-evident.Based on the research theory of career planning at home and abroad,this study analyzes and explores the problems and deficiencies of AGS company in the career planning and management of employees through the form of personnel interviews and questionnaires,so that it can be formulated in a targeted manner.Management improvement measures are adopted to coordinate the personal development of employees with the development of the organization.On the basis of maintaining the stability and enthusiasm of employees and the sense of belonging,the employees' business skills are continuously improved to create better economic benefits.This research mainly adopts the literature research method,the interview method,the questionnaire survey method and the empirical analysis method.According to the three steps of “discovering the problem—analysing the problem-solving the problem”,the whole staff of AGS company is the research object,which lasts nearly seven months.The research results are as follows:(1)The career management of AGS employees is not very satisfactory.Enterprises and employees do not pay much attention to career planning.No relevant management and full-time staff are responsible for career planning;career planning is not systematic;the vocational counseling system is imperfect;and there is a phenomenon that the promotion channel is not smooth and the career plateau is more obvious.(2)In response to the above problems and phenomena,this study gives corresponding countermeasures: cut into five dimensions,namely,fair promotion,career counseling,career plateau,job satisfaction,and job matching.Among them,the solution to fair promotion can be divided into the formulation of the promotion system,the channel,and the application of the evaluation results and the combination of careers;The solution of vocational guidance is to implement special training plan;The solution of career plateau can be divided into post rotation and competition mechanism;The specific solution to job satisfaction is to cultivate excellent corporate culture;The measures to solve the problem can be divided into the personnel quality evaluation and the post qualification evaluation.In view of whether the above management measures are scientific and effective,the second round of interviews and questionnaires were conducted in the company's small scope.From the results of the survey,it can be concluded that these management strategies are positive and effective.
