Research On The Internal Control Of Y Company Based On Comprehensive Risk Management

As the country attaches great importance to education,education industry has ushered in its own new development opportunities.Although the development of education industry generally shows an upward trend,a series of operational problems have appeared in its specific development process.As an important means of modern enterprise management,the effective application of internal control in education training institution directly affects its economic development and overall strength.This paper analyzes and evaluates the internal control system of Y education company by means of investigation and field investigation.At the same time,some Suggestions and relevant safeguard measures are put forward for the construction of internal control system of Y education company based on comprehensive risk management.It then introduce that literature review,research methodology and method.Finally combining with the Integrate risk management theory and internal control theory,by the method of combining theory and practice of the current situation of internal control of Y education company is analyzed,Indicate the problems and drawbacks they present.The three systems of risk warning,risk assessment and risk response were taken as the entry point to build the internal control system of Y education company based on comprehensive risk management and put forward corresponding safeguards for the newly established system.Finally,the research conclusions,shortcomings and future prospects of this paper are described.In this paper,the connotation of internal control,the basic features of education company,the key links of education company's internal control and the idea of strengthening education organization's internal control under the new situation are mainly used as references for relevant scholars to improve the comprehensive strength of education company and promote the healthy development of education industry.
