Research On The Comprehensive Risk Management Of The Sixth Engineering Company Of China Urban Construction Group

Construction enterprises have always been an important part of China's economic development, the vigorous development of the construction industry for the whole community has important significance. Construction enterprises involved as many people,the project wide, huge capital, once the risk, can easily lead to corporate bankruptcy and social instability. Due to the lack of risk management concepts and capabilities, the risk management of construction enterprises in China is weak. In this paper, I use the Sixth Engineering Company of China Urban Construction Group as a typical example who not to establish a comprehensive risk management system. I want to know how to effectively build a comprehensive risk system in construction companies. I hope to cause the construction enterprise to the overall risk management attention. We want to change the traditional knowledge of risk management of construction enterprises and provide new ideas for risk management of construction enterprises.This paper includes five parts: The first part mainly introduces the research background, the research significance, the purpose of the research, the idea of the demonstration, the innovation, the shortcomings and the structure of the paper. The second part introduces the theory of risk theory,the domestic and foreign theoretical literature and research results. The third part analyzes the risk, strategy, operation, finance, project,market and so on. Identify the five types of risk, the establishment of indicators to assess the five types of risk. The fourth part puts forward the management of the Comprehensive risk .The fifth part is the summary of this paper.In this paper,,I from a new perspective to study the construction enterprise management issues. In this paper, the risk analysis is not entirely in the theoretical research,but through empirical analysis. I would like to find the appropriate measures to achieve risk management. The purpose of this paper is to help construction enterprises to reform, enhance their competitiveness in the market, to win more favorable market position.
