With the rising and rapid development of internet consumption finance,the business model of consumption credit has presented new changes,which has a certain impact on the consumption credit business of commercial banks mainly based on traditional offline channels.Commercial banks is the main body providing consumption credit business in China.Discussing the internet-based transformation and development strategy of commercial banks' consumption credit business,which is of great significance to improve the service efficiency and service radius of commercial Banks' consumption credit business and push the real economy into a virtuous circle.This thesis first introduces the current status of the development of consumption credit business of the commercial banks,including the market size,product system and the development of internet-based transformation,also pointing out the problems existing in the process of internet-based transformation.Combining the innovation and exploration practice of commercial banks in the field of consumption credit business,the thesis analyzes the typical path of commercial bank's consumption credit business internet-based transformation,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages.On this basis,taking consumption credit business internet-based transformation practice of ICBC as an example,from the micro level,it analyzes the internet-based transformation exploration of ICBC in four aspects: customer acquisition,product,service and marketing and.At the same time,it summarizes the experience and points out the problems existing in the internet-based transformation of ICBC's comsumption credit business.Under the premise of fully considering the internal resources and external environment faced by ICBC's consumption credit business,using SWOT analysis,the development strategy for the Internet-based transformation of ICBC's consumption credit business are proposed.I hope this topic has decision-making reference value for other commercial banks.
