Research On Internet Financial Risk Management Of ICBC

The development of information and intelligence accelerates the penetration of the internet to the financial sector,at the same time it directly promotes the transformation of the traditional banking industry.In response to the impact of internet finance,ICBC formally launched"three platforms,one center"internet finance development strategy in 2014,which has achieved initial success with three years development.In order to better study the credit risk management of internet finance in the banking system,the paper introduces the comprehensive risk management theory and the relevant provisions of the Basel agreement based on the relevant literature at home and abroad.Then,the development of Internet finance in China and the current situation and existing problems of the Internet financial credit risk management of ICBC F branch are analyzed in detail.In the us,CCB,ali financial and Lufax,on the basis of the credit risk management experience,the article points out that promoting F branch of Internet financial credit risk management ability first should accelerate the system reform,implement the rules and regulations,optimize the structure of talent,improve the performance evaluation mechanism and improve the enthusiasm of staff actively manage risk;Secondly it needs innovate business model,accelerate innovation of product and risk mode,and promote precision risk management with"differentiation"strategy;Then it should optimize the risk management process continuously,improve the whole bank credit risk analysis,early warning and disposal efficiency by optimizing the big data analysis technology,risk measurement model and risk warning mechanism;Finally it needs actively participate in the construction of regional credit system and jointly promote the continuous improvement of social credit system.
