New Products Research And Development Management System Research Of QF Group

Although the manufacturing scale of most manufacturing enterprises in China is expanding day by day,in fact,the core technology and key quality do not match the performance.Such a problem is a common problem in China's manufacturing industry,and it is very prominent.It is a new starting point for the further development of enterprises to gradually move from labor-intensive enterprises to technology-intensive manufacturing and even creation.The independent R&D capability of new products is the core catalyst for manufacturing to creation.The cultivation of R&D capability cannot be separated from a sound R&D system and the establishment of a new product R&D system.To bear the brunt of it is to establish a scientific management method for product development.This paper takes QF,as the research object.QF Group Company is a power tools manufacturing enterprise in China.It used to mainly produce OEMs with low profit margin.It belongs to labor-intensive enterprises.At present,in order to expand its business and improve its profitability,enterprises begin to design and manufacture ODM according to demand and start to do independent brand development.its new product research and development is just in its infancy,R&D team has just been established,management methods and systems are not very mature.This paper will attempt to expound the core concepts of R&D management,summarize the research methods and basic viewpoints of different theories and disciplines on R&D system construction,and establish the basic model of R&D management of QF company based on these methods and viewpoints,then analyze the existing problems of R&D management by SWOT,and summarize the construction of QF R&D system.Characteristics,development and trend,depicting the realistic background of the development route and Prospect of enterprises.Through comparative analysis,from the direction and strategy of product R&D,this paper focuses on how to carry out scientific R&D management in the process of establishing new product R&D system,so as to promote the technological transformation of QF enterprises and realize industrial transformation and upgrading.
