Today, whether at home or abroad, IT (Information Technology) that the information technology industry has already permeated all areas of life. IT industry, after all, is a high-tech, knowledge-based industry, IT industry itself has a high-tech nature, high cost and highly competitive, and now customers have become increasingly demanded to new IT products, this has led to shorten product life, function continually upgraded and reliability and stability constantly improved, product development items are increased, all of these decision the importance of product development projects to IT companies, as it relates to the fate of companies. IT enterprises development process generally refers to "requirements development, software and hardware design, software and hardware realize, testing, release, maintenance." Such a process is complex, dynamic, some unexpected difficulties may arise at any time, it can no longer use the traditional static approach and the deterministic model.Therefore, this thesis is to strengthen IT companies (to PC producing enterprises) to focus on product development knowledge, in the study of IT product(Students PCs) development projects, according to the survey data table of students PCs demand situation, using mathematical statistics and multivariate statistical analysis method, combined with compute that its application in statistical analysis, by means of SAS statistical analysis software to analyze main factors of IT product development projects, on product development of IT projects carried out reasonable quantitative analysis, it can accurately describe and study the complex dynamic system. To discuss problems in depth on how IT companies in product development projects to locate the value and value-added space better.This thesis from current target audience characteristics and demand category and hierarchy of needs to domestic IT product development projects for such problems, we select students PCs'nine variables of typical demand indicators to carry out cluster analysis; on students with different professional factors to carry out analysis of variance and multiple comparison; to the investigate result between the first factor in the procurement of computers and different requirements in price to carry out correspondence analysis. Results of the statistical analysis consistent with the actual situation shows that its guidance.
