In 2015,the concept of "supply-side structural reform" was first proposed at the meeting of the Central Financial and Economic Leading Group.For the real estate industry,this is a major vane.Its essence is to require the real estate industry to increase from the market perspective.Effective supply and optimized supply structure.In the 19 th report of the Chinese Communist Party,it was clearly stated that "the house is used to live,not to fry," and the house is required to return to residential properties.Under the background of this policy,the state has frequently issued a series of real estate regulatory policies that are adapted to local conditions and are used by the city to ensure the healthy development of the real estate market.In the implementation of the policy,because most small and medium-sized real estate enterprises have many shortcomings compared with large real estate enterprises,large real estate enterprises are not affected,and small and medium-sized real estate enterprises are greatly affected by the government’s regulatory policies.Therefore,the corresponding living space is also becoming narrower and narrower.Some small and medium-sized real estate enterprises began to be merged or forced to withdraw from the real estate market because they could not withstand huge market pressure,especially local private small and medium-sized real estate enterprises.The research object of this article X real estate company can be used as a representative microcosm of the real estate industry in China.The typical private small and medium-sized real estate company has only 10 million registered funds.Due to the fact that the company did not fully take into account the internal deficiencies in the development strategy formulation process and the continuous changes in the external environment of the company,the company was greatly affected by the impact,sales performance continued to fall,and market share gradually declined.If X Real Estate wants to go further,it urgently needs to formulate its own development strategy according to its own actual situation and external environment.This paper consulted a lot of data in the course of the study,and on this basis,theuse of PEST,mesoscopic environmental analysis,SWOT analysis and other methods for in-depth exploration and research.Through the analysis,X Real Estate Company has made a new choice and formulation of development strategy,and expounded the relevant functional strategy of development strategy.There are three innovations in this paper.First,the research background innovation,the paper is in the context of the new normal economy and supply-side structure reform;second,the research object innovation,the X real estate company studied in this paper is a local private small and medium-sized real estate enterprises,its research object is unique;third,the research conclusion innovation,this paper from the reality of the enterprise itself.Based on the international situation,some suggestions for X Real Estate Company to formulate its development strategy are put forward.
