In the context of knowledge economy,innovation has become an important way to improve competitive advantage,especially for manufacturing industries with relatively frequent new product development activities.From the current difficulties in manufacturing,it can be seen that technological capabilities and technical management are both for enterprise development.They play a vital role,and there is a synergistic effect between the two.The influence of this effect is stronger than the influence of the two alone.It is difficult to ensure the smooth development of new products by relying on one of them.At the same time,the development of new products in the manufacturing industry has a long-term characteristics,including concept development,technology development and market development.Due to different goals and tasks at different stages,the synergy between technical capabilities and technical management will change as well.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively and systematically analyze the technical capabilities and technical management synergistic processes in a phased manner in conjunction with the new product development process to help enterprises rationally configure the technical management and technical capabilities of various elements at different stages of product development,thereby improving product development performance.Firstly,based on the resource-based view,this paper analyzes the synergistic mechanism of technical capability and technology management in different stages of new product development,studies the synergistic leading process in different stages,and verifies the theoretical analysis by establishing a regression model.Secondly,based on the economic principle,the technical process and technical management synergy process are deeply analyzed,and the key activities of resource integration,benefit distribution,information flow,communication mechanism and result feedback are analyzed with reference to management synergy theory;On this basis,introducing the factor of new product development process to analyze the internal and external synergistic motivation of synergistic willingness of technology management and technological capability from the perspective of cost-effectiveness,and discusses the specific performance of the collaborative process in key activities;at the same time,using evolutionary game theory to analyze technical management and technology The impact of the capacity synergy-led process on the non-dominant process will also enhance the overall synergy.Finally,in order to make the research more practical,this thesis uses BAIC Motor Corporation as the research object to carry out simulation analysis and case study:construct the coevolution model by using the system dynamics principle,and simulate the synergistic process of different stages of new product development by setting parameters to variables.In combination with BAIC Motor Corporation's new product development process and actual operation,it focuses on clarifying the impact of technical capabilities and technology management synergies on new product development performance,and proposes countermeasures for how manufacturing companies can improve new product development performance based on case studies.
