Design On Salary System For The Maketings Department In XR Company

With the approach of a new economic era, human resource management has become the most significant section of business management and received great emphases from modern management circle. As a critical department of enterprises, sales department greatly influences the profit of the whole company. Furthermore, the ability, positivity and sales strategy of salesman together decide sales performance. Therefore, improving the positivity of salesman, which is a key project of human resource development, has gained more and more attention and research .Establishing scientific salary management system suitable for sales department is an efficient way of improving salesman's positivity and creativity.This paper takes the sales department of XR Company as an example, and discusses optimizing scheme of sales salary management. On the basis of relative theories and methods of salary management, the author analyses the connotation, characteristic and decisive factors of total salary management. According to the specific situation of XR Company, the specific characteristic of sales department and salary design flow, the author carries through job analysis, post evaluation and salary investigation, and then designs the salary management system towards XR Company's sales department. Finally, in order to ensure new salary system's implementation, the author puts forward management stratagem towards XR's sales department introduces performance management system and designs KPI system as a critical problem. Besides, the author also brings forward profit share theory and gives necessary communication and advertise to ensure the new salary system's total and deep implementation.
