Research On HACCP System Construction In W Company Quality Management

After entering new century,the food safety problems more and more get people's attention,especially in infant formula powder industry product quality and safety incident is the focal point of focus,the social from all walks of life is urgently seeking the path to food safety.Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point(HACCP)as a control system on food safety hazard prevention gets fast development in recent years.Understanding the HACCP system,especially its relationship with GMP,becomes our government and the enterprise the important subject to solve the food safety problem.HACCP is a preventive system to identify,evaluate and control the food safety hazard,the system controls all the potential hazard from raw material receiving,processing to the finished goods storage and transportation,maximizing food safety risks reduction.Through literature research method this article conducts a deep research on HACCP theory development and the frontier hot spots,and then uses empirical approach to discuss quality and safety management problem by selecting W company,through the comparative research it explains how to establish HACCP system based on GMP in W company,on this basis,the assurance elements of HACCP system and the system implementation effect evaluation method are raised,the implementation results concludes that the HACCP system is an important guarantee of product quality and safety for infant formula milk powder industry.Meanwhile,the HACCP practice from W company provides some reference for other domestic infant formula milk powder enterprises to improve the quality and safety management,and promotes overall quality management level in infant formula powder industry of our country as well.
