| As the main telecommunication operators across the world have accelerated deployment of 4G network over recent years,China is carrying out construction of wireless communication system rapidly.The TD-LTE,which was researched and developed all by China,was on trial successfully in Suzhou in 2013.Till now,China mobile has accomplished 4G network coverage of central downtown,and the construction of 7500 wireless signal launch base stations and nearly 3000 indoor distribution base stations in Suzhou.For telecommunication operators,the original main business-"voice management" will be replaced by "data management".And the competition will not only be confined to three main operators,but also a contest between the traditional telecom operator and the Internet companies.Therefore,it is of great significance to do research on channel management of wireless communication.How to discover,manage and get high quality channel resource;how to foster strengths,circumvent weaknesses and find accurate positioning;how to build the channel system in accordance with the trend of market development,have become the major issues three operators facing.This thesis analyzes the construction of the Suzhou mobile channels,and finds out some problems.To deal with the situation of operators becoming "smart pipelining",this thesis puts forward strategies of optimizing channel development;meanwhile combines sales knowledge with practice and gives key points of strategy implement as to make well preparation in the coming competition.Through the research of this thesis,the following conclusions are given: first of all,the future 4 g channel is still the subject matter,the weapons operators competing and well using,and the key point of winning under the new competition pattern.;Second,as the channel type is various,to do channel construction well and to lay a good foundation in advance of the new era of 4G,is of great significance to win in the future competition.Finally,this thesis puts forward strategies and suggestions based on how to better carry out various kinds of channel construction. |
