Research On The Working Capital Management Of SS Company

Working capital is known as the "great artery of life" for enterprise.Working capital management is the most important part of enterprise management,is the necessary management measures to maintain rapid flow of working capital,is the key to keep the enterprise vitality and maintain a vigorous development.The Working capital management,through the whole process of purchasing,manufacturing and selling,should be taken seriously by the management.The management of working capital will directly affect the survival and development of enterprises,so the importance of working capital management is self-evident.In this paper,we use the method of theoretical analysis and case study to investigate and study the Working capital management of the research object.Firstly,the paper expounds the research literature and the results of the research,the research background.The second part is the analysis of the relevant theories of working capital,to introduce the traditional working capital management theory and evaluation system,and analyzes the shortcomings of traditional theory and system,then,introduce the theory of channel management and evaluation system.On the basis of theoretical analysis,selecte case SS company as the research object,the SS company is a new three board listed on small and medium enterprises,is the representation of suqian area textile and garment industry enterprises.The third part focuses on the current state of the management of working capital in SS company.The fourth part makes an analysis of the management of working capital from the point of view of traditional and channels management,and points out problems existing in the SS company in working capital management.The fifth part combined with the description as well as the SS company corporate performance analysis,summary on the problems existing in the management of working capital and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the SS company working capital management: Firstly,enhance the working capital management consciousness of the managers,secondly,improve the relevant system of working capital management,thirdly,strengthen the inventory management and control,the last is to build the channel management of working capital management system.Finally,make the conclusion of the full text and the expectation of other similar enterprises.
