Study On Scheme Design And Implementation Strategy Of Independent Brand In Company RHM

With rapid development of our social economy and intensification of market competition,issues on product brand strategy scheme design and implementation strategy are presented,attached more and more attention by people,and gradually become an important problem to be solved.In order to research effective method of independent brand strategy scheme design and effective implementation strategy,with independent brand strategy scheme of Company RHM as research object and the latest research results domestic and overseas for reference,intensive study was carried out on independent brand strategy design and effective implementation strategy in this paper,which solved main problems existing in independent brand strategy scheme design and implementation strategy selection of Company RHM,and promoted effectiveness of independent brand strategy scheme design and implementation strategy.To solve the problem of RHM company lack of independent brand strategy scheme,on the basis of literature review and theoretical analysis,research direction and emphasis of this paper was determined through current situation and SWOT analysis of Company RHM.Using the relevant theories of economics and management,integrated research methods,and Difference method to solve the corresponding problems,optimization design of independent brand strategy scheme of Company RHM was realized,and concrete implementation strategy was made according to effectiveness principle,and effectiveness of independent brand strategy scheme design and implementation strategy was improved,which achieved the desired research goal.This topic research is of great theoretical significance and practical value in improving independent brand strategy theory and method,regularizing independent brand strategy scheme design,promoting effectiveness of implementation strategy,and improving brand marketing performance of Company RHM.
