Brand establishes close links with development of company. Chinese marketing has entered the the stage of brand. A strong brand can permit premium pricing and higher margins, and it provides a platform for growth via brand extensions. A strong brand provides a competitive advantage that often presents a real barrier to competitors.Brand strategy plays a decisive role in building a strong brand.If a company hope that it can build a strong brand, it must handle the right brand strategy. Effective brand strategy must systematic and scientific. If we hope that Chinese companys conquer Nippon and Dulux in Chinese paint industry, and Chinese companys must find their weakness and develop more effective to achieve success.If we hope to build a strong brand, we must analyse systematically industry, market, competitor, and we find opportunity of profit from industry and market.We find out assets and capabilities of successful company.Then we analyse needs and motivations of customer. By analysing industry, market, competitor, customer, we find out strategic positioning of strong brand, and we use optimum model of brand equity to build strong brand.This dissertation include four parts: I analyse systematically industry and market of paint. I analyse systematically customer. I analyse systematically competitors. I develop brand strategy. I infuse different core values and successful assets and core capabilities into colorful life brand. Colorful Life brand was introduced into five-star brand model of brand loyalty, brand awareness, perceived quality, brand association, name symbol slogan, and I multi-dimensional build a strong brand.Meitu company builds colorful life brand scheme includes a system of analysing industry, market, competitors and customers. I provide optimum five-star brand equity model to build strong brand.I hope that I can provide advises for entering brand century.
