Study On Optimization Of CF Company Energy Management System

Energy resources are not only the essential material foundations to the survival and development of human social,but also the important guarantees of economic sustainability.Currently,the Chinese energy resources are confronting severe situations like large consumption and prominent ecological environmental problems.The increasingly intensive problems in ecological environment and energy supply & demand make it an urgent need to accelerate structural readjustment,improve energy efficiency and guarantee energy safety.Energy plays an extremely important role to the manufacturing enterprises.In their production and operation,energy is the prerequisite for normal production order,key factor guaranteeing the enterprise safety,environmental protection and product quality as well as the foundation of enterprise sustainable development.Meanwhile,strengthening the enterprise energy administration is of critical significance to lower the enterprise energy consumption,optimize the energy structure and reduce the enterprise operation.With the development of modern information technology,advanced manufacturing technology and economic globalization,the development technology and development mode of manufacturing enterprises have undergone fundamental changes.Compared with the traditional manufacturing enterprises,the modern manufacturing enterprises have higher requirements for information level and enterprise organization.Accordingly,energy administration of manufacturing enterprises shall build a highly informational and intelligent control system to provide superior,reliable and highly-efficient energy guarantee for the enterprises.Under this background,with the increasingly intensive situation involving energy problems and ecological environmental problems,improving the enterprise energy administration level and the utilization rate of manufacturing energy sources is not only an important factor to measure the manufacturing enterprise competitiveness but also the embodiment of the enterprise’s shouldering social responsibilities.CF company is the discussed object in this article for its representativeness to analyze the current situations of the company in energy administration,furthermore to upgrade and optimize the company’s energy administration system pertinently.The whole thesis is composed of five parts.The first part is about the research background and research significance of the article.The second part is about the relevant concepts of energy administration,which contains the energy administration and energy administration system etc.The theories are reviewed,combined with systems management and lean management theory,then to form a unique energy management theoretical framework.The third part has analyzed the energy administration situations and the current problems of CF company,decomposed the weakness in its energy administration from the enterprise itself and made full induction to solve the problems and clarify the direction in optimizing the energy administration system.In the fourth part,by searching for the shortcomings and problems on the basis of the specific situations faced the enterprise energy administration,it has proposed the optimization schemes of CF company’s energy administration and decomposed the optimizations.In addition,it has proposed optimization countermeasures in aspects i.e.information construction of energy administration mechanism and energy administration system,energy measurement administration,energy contract administration,site energy conservation and continuous improvement to improve the internal and external sustainability and high efficiency of the energy administration system.The fifth part is about the specific optimization measures for the energy administration system.It is carried out from three aspects namely organization,technology and personnel.The optimization effects are also discussed in the hope of improving the administration and lowering the energy consumption continuously and create conditions to improve social benefits.As a large state-owned manufacturing enterprise,it is representative for its energy administration problems are universal.Currently,many large Chinese state-owned manufacturing enterprises are facing the same situations with CF company;therefore,we hope to provide certain references for other manufacturing enterprises through the optimization design of energy administration system in this article.
