RS Company Energy Management System Building And Implementing Research

With the national energy-saving emission reduction policies continue to promote,more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to energy saving management itself,the national standard of the energy management system provides basic guidelines for the construction of enterprise energy management system.In this paper,through the study of the establishment of the energy management system of RS company,the use of management tools,systems thinking,method and process of continuous improvement measures,to achieve a comprehensive management of enterprise energy consumption,achieve the purpose of energy saving,has important reality and the theory significance of the shipbuilding industry energy management.In this paper,the three chapter second through the energy management status of RS company to carry on the analysis,find out the existing problems of energy management,energy management system are outlined,explains the basic steps and contents of establishing the system,through the establishment of energy management organization system,compilation of construction plans,formulate energy policy,training and other measures to mobilize system construction,makes clear the system construction of the main content of the work and the preparation work.The fourth chapter is mainly to study the phase content of the planning of energy management system,through the further analysis on the 2013 energy consumption data calculation,determination of a company's energy base,combined with the actual production situation of main process of shipbuilding production process unit,the formulation of energy performance parameters and energy target index system;through the management status review,analysis and summary of energy management problems,identify the relevant factors affecting the energy efficiency,and summarize the improvement opportunities,and to develop specific measures for energy performance improvement,the main innovation is proposed using network and cloud computing method of building energy management data platform of the system,statistics and analysis to solve the large area,fixed point of energy measurement problem data,and put forward to analyze the energy use behavior by using the thought of data.Operation of safeguard measures of the fifth chapter mainly studies the energy management system,publishing and training of the file system,the establishment of information exchange mechanism,system operation and control,check and improvement of the content of the research,and expounds the realization of continuous improvement through the management cycle of PDCA and the system management review.
