Innovation has always been regarded as the original driving force for social change,and entrepreneurship is an implementation mechanism.It is this mechanism that allows society to transfer technical information to products and practices.This mechanism is a Discovery and resolution mechanisms.Therefore,entrepreneurship has always been a subject of academic and industry attention as an independent academic research field.At the same time,it is an international product,which is an important product of the integration of the Chinese economy into the world economy.In recent years,such enterprises have rapidly grown and become an indispensable part of the Chinese economy.With the rise and development of the Internet,a large number of naturalized companies have emerged through entrepreneurship,and more and more unicorn companies have entered people's field of vision,injecting new blood into the economic development,in line with the traditional real economy.Compared with the fact that the cost of starting a business has decreased a lot,this has stimulated the influx of a large number of entrepreneurs.For these companies,the cultivation and management of talents is of vital importance.The problem of team management in the period of entrepreneurship has always been a concern of employees and entrepreneurs.This paper analyzes the selection of Internet companies as a sample of China's natural international enterprises.The three specific team members conducted empirical research by issuing questionnaires to explore the factors affecting the effectiveness of the team in the initial team of the naturalized enterprise,and explored the relationship between different demographic variables and perceived team effectiveness,and proposed corresponding Improvement suggestions.According to the previous literature,the author puts forward seven hypotheses,that is,in the natural international enterprise,the team traits have a significant impact on team effectiveness.The team characteristics include team composition,team goal,team cohesion;in the natural international enterprise,the task traits There is a significant impact on team effectiveness;in an internationalized enterprise,leadership style has a significant impact on team effectiveness;in an internationalized enterprise,participation awareness has a significant impact on team effectiveness;in an internationalized enterprise,development space versus team Effectiveness has a significant impact;the team process as a mediator variable partially mediates the relationship between team effectiveness and its influencing factors;under different demographic variables,employee perceived team effectiveness is different.Through empirical research,the author finds that in the naturalized entrepreneurial team,in addition to leadership style and development space,team traits,task traits and participation awareness have a significant impact on team effectiveness,and are positively correlated.The more understanding between members,the more complementary members can be,the greater the cohesiveness of the team,the more practical the goal,the more the team understands the team's goals;when the task is difficult,the members work together to complete the work;When the team is working very hard and actively proposing suggestions and suggestions,while the work requirements are kept improving,the team will be more effective.At the same time,in the process of influencing the effectiveness of the team,the team process will act as an intermediary.The team process,is team communication,as a mediator variable mediates the relationship between task traits and team effectiveness.The study also found that different age samples showed differences in effectiveness.However,gender and education levels do not show significant differences in effectiveness.
