| The flow of agricultural migrants has always been a hot issue in today’s society.According to the National Health and Health Commission’s 2018 report,the size of the country’s floating population has gradually changed from a sustained rise to a slow downward trend.The population movement has promoted the realization of the demographic dividend to a certain extent.A large number of rural surplus laborers have entered the city,which has enhanced the ability to raise families at the micro level and promoted the accumulation of social wealth on a macro level.The agricultural migrants have left their hometowns and even left their loved ones to work in unfamiliar cities.After working in the city for a certain period of time,they choose to return to their hometowns or choose to bring their families into the city.This is for China.The direction and future of new urbanization plays a very important role.How to promote the migration of agricultural migrants through the employment experience of agricultural floating population and hometown complex has become an urgent problem to be solved in the process of urbanization development in China.This paper focuses on the decision-making of the family migration of the agricultural floating population.Through the 2014 national data on the social health of the population health plan for family planning,based on the urban work experience-hometown complex-household migration decision-making,first of all,the city of agricultural migrants The labor experience and the decision of the family migration of the agricultural floating population were statistically analyzed.The results show that the agricultural migrants have a strong willingness to move their families.The mobile migrants in the province are more willing to choose to move their families.The agricultural migrants with a flow time of 11 years or more are more willing to choose to move their families.Different occupation types Agricultural migrants have different choices for family migration decisions.Secondly,through factor analysis,the home country complex is analyzed and the common factor is extracted as a mediator variable into the regression.Finally,through the construction of the mediation effect model,the impact of urban migrant workers’ urban work experience and hometown complex on family migration decision-making is analyzed.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The flow range of agricultural migrants has a significant impact on the decision-making of agricultural migrants,and has a negative correlation;the current flow time of agricultural migrants and the total migrant workers’ experience on agricultural migrants The family migration decision has a significant impact and has a positive correlation effect;the monthly income of the agricultural migrant population has a significant positive correlation effect on the agricultural migrant population’s family migration decision;the occupational type of the agricultural floating population will also migrate to the agricultural migrant population.Decision making has an impact.(2)The flow range of agricultural floating population and total working time have a significant impact on the homeland complex of agricultural floating population,and have a positive correlation;the current flow time of agricultural floating population is negatively correlated with thehometown complex,but not significant Impact;the monthly income of the agricultural floating population is positively correlated with the hometown complex,but it has no significant impact.(3)The hometown complex of the agricultural floating population has a significant impact on the family migration decision,and has a negative correlation.(4)The hometown complex of the agricultural floating population has a partial mediation effect between the mobile migrant population flow range,the current flow time,the total migrant time,the occupation type and the family migration decision,the monthly income of the agricultural floating population,the hometown complex Only mediation effects.Based on the above conclusions and in light of the actual situation,some policy recommendations for promoting the migration of agricultural migrants are proposed. |
