Research On Cultural Tourism Development Of Shanbei Huayao Terrace In Xupu

As one of the four ancient civilizations,China has a long history and a profound farming culture.With the deepening of people's understanding and understanding of the value of agricultural cultural heritage,especially the accelerating process of urbanization,agricultural civilization has gradually declined under the impact of modern civilization,and the protection of agricultural cultural heritage has aroused widespread concern.Since 2002,China has responded and actively participated in the global important agricultural cultural heritage protection project initiated by the UN Food and Agriculture Organization.In recent years,President Xi Jinping has repeatedly mentioned the issues of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the National People's Congress and rural work conferences.How agricultural cultural heritage plays a role in the process of solving the "three rural" problems in the new era,how to make the countryside revitalize and vitality has important practical significance.Xupu of Huaihua has a large terraced fields,especially the Shanbei Huayao terraces,which are the result of the joint creation of the Yao and Han nationalities.They have theoriginal ecological scenery and cultural heritage,as well as the rich historical and cultural,scientific and artistic values.However,due to the remoteness of the region and the backwardness of the economy,it has not been discovered until recently.The development of the Huayao terrace not only faces the problem of how to protect and develop,but also bears the responsibility of removing poverty from poverty and stimulating local economic development.Based on the rural vitalization strategy and accurate poverty alleviation policy background,this paper takes the Huayao terraces in Xupo County as the research object,and based on the resources and development of the terraced scenic spots,combined with the current spiritual and cultural needs,attempts to terrace agriculture by cultural tourism and cultural heritage of sustainable development,namely how to implement the dynamic protection and protective development.This paper argues that XuPu Shanbei terraces are rich in terraced cultural resources,ethnic cultural resources and other natural resources.At the same time,under the national favorable policies and other terraced development experiences,the Shanbei Huayao terraces can exert their own advantages to promote heritage protection by cultural tourism and drivde the development of localeconomy.First of all,we must adhere to the principle of sustainable development,build a security system through government leadership,enhance ideological concepts,build a talent team,and improve infrastructure to lay a solid foundation for the healthy development of cultural tourism.Secondly,the development ideas should be determined in terms of development and utilization.Guided by this direction,the identity of important agricultural cultural heritage should be identified through application,and then the infrastructure construction should be strengthened to provide material basis for tourism development.In the process of development,a tourism product system should be established through industrial integration,especially in agriculture,tourism and cultural industries which are closely related.In the end,the Xupo Huayao terraces will be placed in the tourism section of Xupu Tourism,Huaihua Tourism and Xuefeng Mountain to achieve cross-regional cooperation and development.The development of cultural tourism in the Xupu Huayao terrace area will continuously improve the material living standards and spiritual and cultural levels of farmers,promote the further sustainable development of local agriculture,and accelerate the construction of beautiful villages.
