In the new era,scientific and technological progress and innovation have become the primary driving force to support and lead the high-quality development of regional economy.As an important part of the regional innovation system,the sci-tech innovation platform has become an important way to enhance the regional independent innovation capability and comprehensive competitiveness.Exploring the spatial pattern of the sci-tech innovation platform in Hunan not only is of great significance for promoting the efficient use of scientific and technological resources in the province,optimizing the provincial innovation layout and promoting the construction of an innovative province of Hunan,but also makes up for the shortcomings of the analysis of the cause of the spatial pattern and provides a general analysis framework for optimizing the layout of sci-tech innovation platform in the province.Taking Hunan as the research area and based on regional innovation theory and agglomeration-diffusion theory,this paper fully defines the concept and connotation of the sci-tech innovation platform,selects the basic data of sci-tech innovation platform for 2012 and 2017,and uses the nearest neighbor analysis,multi-distance spatial cluster analysis,geographical detector,etc.This paper systematically analyzes the spatial pattern of sci-tech Innovation Platform in Hunan,discusses the maininfluencing factors of its layout,and finally proposes the main countermeasures and suggestions to promote the optimal layout of the sci-tech innovation platform in Hunan.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Analysis on the spatial pattern of sci-tech innovation platform in Hunan.Overall distribution situation: The spatial difference of the sci-tech innovation platform in Hunan province is significant,and the overall situation is point-pole distribution.Distribution pattern: Sci-tech innovation platform in Hunan has a significant agglomeration feature at a spatial scale between 0 and 100 km,and its agglomeration intensity decreases with the expansion of the scale of agglomeration.The agglomeration intensity of national sci-tech innovation platform shows a trend of strengthening,but on the whole,the agglomeration intensity of national sci-tech innovation platform is relatively low.Agglomeration characteristics: In 2012,the agglomeration area of sci-tech innovation platform in Hunan is the core of Chang-Zhu-Tan urban area.In 2017,the agglomeration area takes Chang-Zhu-Tan urban area as the core and Yueyang,Changde,Hengyang and other cities as the secondary core,and the spatial spillover effect is significantly enhanced.The distribution of technology innovation platforms is not balanced and tends to weaken.The distribution of sci-tech innovation platform in each county-level unit is obviously different,and its overall distribution shows a trend ofdiminishing radiation from the Changsha-Zhuzhou-City and some cities and districts.In recent years,the number of county-level units with multi-type combinations of sci-tech innovation platform has increased rapidly,and the combinations of sci-tech innovation platform in the whole province tend to be diversified.Moreover,the distribution of sci-tech innovation platform with different functions is different,and the complexity of regional combination decreases from Chang-Zhu-Tan to the surrounding area and from city to the surrounding area,presenting a significant core-edge structure.(2)Analysis on the influencing factors of the spatial pattern of the sci-tech innovation platform in Hunan.Human capital conditions and opening to the outside world is the main factor affecting the spatial distribution of thesci-tech innovation platform in Hunan,followed by economic scale,industrial structure,urbanization level and medical resources.Innovation atmosphere and city location all play different effects.All factors interact with each other to influence the distribution of the regional sci-tech innovation platform in Hunan.(3)Suggestions on optimizing the distribution of the regional sci-tech innovation platform in Hunan.From the perspectives of developing the economy,promoting new urbanization,improving the industrial chain,creating an innovative environment,building a collaborative innovation mechanism and top-level design,thecorresponding suggestions are put forward.
