Research On The Spatial Pattern And Influencing Factors Of B&Bs In Sanya

With the continuous development of tourism,the tourism accommodation industry is indispensable as an important carrier in the tourism process.Due to the transition of tourists’ consumption view,hotels with standardized procedures and uniform services are no longer the only choice for people to choose.At the same time,the pursuit of humanistic care and characteristic experience of the B&B making it come into being as a new form of business.More and more scholars have also raised their interest in the study of B&B.As an important seaport city in southern China,Sanya’s development strategy has attracted long-term attention from the country.Its B&B industry has developed rapidly under the support of policy.Therefore,the research on the spatial layout of B&B in Sanya City is of important practical and theoretical significance,which is not only conducive to the macro-control of the B&B industry and the location of enterprise investment,but also provides a reference for the optimization of the spatial layout of other domestic B&Bs.Taking Sanya B&B as a research case,This paper selects the B&B data in the “Inn B&B” section of Ctrip Online as a sample,and obtains the latitude and longitude coordinate points of the B&B by Baidu picking coordinate system.Under the technical support of ArcGIS and SPSS,the spatial distribution and influencing factors of Sanya B&B were completed.The specific structure is as follows:(1)The spatial layout characteristics of the B&B: with the nearest neighbor index analysis and elliptic variance analysis,This paper reveals that the distribution type of B&B space in Sanya City is agglomerated with a trend of developing from southwest to northeast as a whole;the nuclear density estimation and the Lorenz curve proves that the Sanya City B&Bpresents a spatial distribution pattern of “small dispersion and multi-aggregation”.The spatial distribution is most prominent in the Jiyang District and Tianya District,followed by Haitang District,the spatial distribution is extremely uneven with more B&B in the south area and less in the north.(2)The influencing factors of the B&B’s space: with relevant statistics on the research results of the factors affecting the B&B’s spatial layout made by the domestic scholars,determines the influencing factors of residential space layout in Sanya,and carries out multivariate stepwise regression analysis.The regression model shows that the main driving forces affecting the spatial layout of B&Bs in Sanya are as follows: the A-level tourist attractions,the disposable income of urban residents and the total number of road vehicles.In addition,combined with qualitative and quantitative methods,the main factors influencing Sanya’s residential space layout are defined as the tourism resource endowment,transportation factors,natural environmental factors,overall urban plan and government policies.(3)Suggestions on the optimization of the B&B’s space layout: By making systematic analysis of the spatial layout and influencing factors of the Sanya B&B,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of the B&B in Sanya,and corresponding suggestions for the optimization of the B&B’s layout in Sanya:(1)Strengthen the infrastructure and balance the development of various districts;(2)Improve the transportation network by taking the advantages of the scenic spots;(3)With the help of important resources and guide industrial agglomeration;(4)Follow the urban planning and strengthen the government supervision.
