| Logistics industry is a complex industry integrating transportation,storage,information and other industries,and is a strategic industry to ensure the growth of national economy.Logistics industry has become the catalyst and booster of national economy,industrial development and enterprise operation.Logistics efficiency is a key indicator to measure the development of logistics industry.It is a feasible way to promote the growth of national economy to make breakthroughs in improving the quality and efficiency of logistics industry by further improving the output efficiency of manpower,capital,technology and other factors.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the development law of logistics efficiency in China.The study on the spatio-temporal evolution layout of China’s logistics efficiency is conducive to the study of the current logistics development pattern in China,promote the joint summary of development experience among various regions in China,promote the coordinated development of logistics industry between regions,and thus provide important practical significance for accelerating the construction of a new logistics development pattern during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period.The proposal of the strategic goal of "double carbon" indicates that the logistics growth trend should develop towards the ecological direction,and puts forward a new proposition for the coordinated development and sustainable development of China’s logistics.In this paper,with the proposed dual-carbon target as the research background and 30 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)in China as the main scope of investigation,relevant data of the logistics industry from 2010 to 2020 were selected,CO2 emissions were taken as an index of undesirable output,and SBM model was used to conduct comprehensive evaluation and regional comparison of logistics efficiency.Then,the temporal characteristics of comprehensive logistics efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency in China during the past 11 years are discussed,and the spatial correlation of logistics efficiency from 2010 to2020 is revealed by using ESDA method.Finally,the Tobit model is used to empirically analyze the factors affecting logistics efficiency,so as to reflect the correlation between influencing factors and logistics efficiency in different regions,so as to better study the differences in spatial distribution of logistics efficiency in different regions.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Calculation of China’s logistics efficiency under the background of "double carbon".With the addition of CO2 emission as an undesirable output,the efficiency value obtained is lower than that of ignoring the undesirable output.From 2010 to2020,the low pure technical efficiency of logistics will result in the overall low efficiency of logistics in China.The logistics efficiency of China presents the trend of "east > middle > west".(2)Spatial distribution analysis of logistics efficiency in China.Based on the calculated comprehensive efficiency value,the ESDA method is used to analyze the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of China’s logistics efficiency.It can be found that the spatial distribution of China’s logistics efficiency shows a stepped development trend,gradually decreasing from the eastern region to the central and western region.From the perspective of regional spatial distribution,the spatial distribution of logistics efficiency has inter-provincial differences and imbalances,and the distribution of the same type of regions has significant agglomeration.The agglomeration areas with high logistics efficiency are mainly in the eastern coastal areas,such as Jiangsu,Shanghai,Zhejiang and other places,and the agglomeration areas with low logistics efficiency are mainly in the western areas.For example,Yunnan,Sichuan,Guizhou and other places are spatial gathering areas of logistics inefficiency;The high-efficiency logistics provinces have limited radiation effect and have little influence on the logistics development of their neighboring provinces.The spatial correlation between high efficiency region and low efficiency region is not obvious.The spatial distribution of China’s logistics efficiency under the background of "double carbon" has not yet been formed and is still in an unstable state.(3)The influence mechanism of temporal and spatial evolution of logistics efficiency in China.Mainly from the level of economic development,human resources level,location advantage,degree of opening to the outside world,information level,energy utilization rate and government intervention 7 aspects of the analysis.All passed the significance level test except for government intervention.In addition to the inhibitory effect of informationization level,the other influencing factors are positive.But each influencing factor has different influencing mechanism on different regions. |
