In recent years,with the continuous rise of China's Entrepreneurship Economy and the implementation of the national innovation and entrepreneurship strategy,entrepreneurship cooperation among enterprises has become an inevitable trend,gradually forming a new type of social network economic cooperative relationship with enterprises as the main body.In academia,more and more scholars began to focus on the impact of network embedding and other related cooperation mechanisms on the performance of start-ups.Social network is an important factor in the establishment and development of start-ups.As the key point of internal and external communication,social network of start-ups has attracted the active attention of scholars at home and abroad.At present,our country is in the period of economic transformation.The market environment in the period of economic transformation fluctuates greatly and is highly uncertain,which makes the survival of enterprises worse.The market economy in the transitional period not only creates more opportunities for entrepreneurship,but also brings more resource constraints to the development of entrepreneurship enterprises,resulting in the phenomenon that the performance of entrepreneurship enterprises is generally not high.For entrepreneurs,the ability to acquire resources and the degree of development is closely related to social network.The optimization of social network relationship is regarded as an important way to solve the resource constraints of entrepreneurs.This paper reviews the research on social network relationship embeddedness,entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurship performance.Most studies focus on the impact of different types of social network embedding on entrepreneurship performance.Therefore,on the basis of social network embedding theory,entrepreneurship theory,resource dependence theory and other theories,this paper builds a social network relationship embedding and entrepreneurship performance relationship model via collecting and analyzing data from senior managers in multi-regional entrepreneurship parks.This paper comprehensively considers the impact of social network embeddedness on entrepreneurship performance,and incorporates entrepreneurship in Entrepreneurship characteristics into the scope of research.Empirical results show that: entrepreneurs' social network internal relationship embedding and external relationship embedding have a positive impact on entrepreneurship performance.Opportunity recognition ability and resource acquisition ability in entrepreneurship ability have a mediating role between them.Operational management ability is more reflected in entrepreneurs' overall management ability in the late stage of entrepreneurship,so the mediating role has not passed the inspection.Finally,this paper summarizes the main conclusions of the study,analyses the theoretical progress and practical significance of the study,and points out the shortcomings of the study and future research prospects.
