Hedonic diet is a life attitude,and it has gradually become one of the main dietary consumption concepts of residents at this stage.Consumers' dietary consumption concept and dietary consumption patterns have undergone tremendous changes,from the past “satisfying” diet concept to the current “good” diet concept for the pursuit of health and deliciousness.On the one hand,it is for health(consumers actively pursue diet health),on the other hand,it is also to enjoy delicious food and experience the pleasure of food(healthy diet).Some consumers are also concerned about nutrition and health while pursuing delicious food,but some others may also ignore nutrition and health while pursuing delicious food.Therefore,the enjoyment diet consumers can be divided into two categories: those who care about healthy enjoyment diets,and those who ignore healthy enjoyment diets.Corresponding to this is a functional diet that is solely aimed at the pursuit of nutritional health and reduce hunger.Food safety has always been an important issue that the diet has to pay attention to,and food safety issues have been raised to the height of the national strategy.Food safety issues have stimulated the nerves of the mass consumers and caused a certain consumer behavior.The effects,whether it is functional diet or hedonic eating behavior,have been affected to varying degrees.In this context,it is necessary to study the dietary tendency of consumers before and after food safety incidents,especially the hedonic eating tendency is more worthy of attention.What are the influencing factors and characteristics of consumer enjoyment diet? Will food safety incidents affect or change consumer enjoyment behavior? It is the core of the research focus of the article.The article aims to understand the characteristics of consumer enjoyment eating behavior,to study the influencing factors of consumer hedonic diet behavior,and the changes in consumer hedonic diet after food safety incidents.The theoretical significance is to further improve and expand the research on consumer enjoyment behavior.The practical significance lies in providing advice for government regulation and corporate crisis management from the perspective of consumers,and promoting consumers to rationally treat food safety issues and rational consumption of food.The key issues to be solved in this study are: first,the main influencing factors of consumers' enjoyment of eating habits under normal conditions;second,fluctuations in the appetite of near-end enjoyment after food safety incidents,self-control,self-esteem,and pleasure adaptation under distal defense.The impact on the enjoyment of hedonic diet.The main content of the thesis is divided into two parts,the first part is the study of hedonic eating tendency under the influence of self-control and hedonic adaptation under normal conditions,and the second part is the hedonic eating tendency under the influence of food safety.The study compared consumer enjoyment dietary behaviors before and after food safety incidents,including changes in recent and long-term consumer hedonic dietary trends after food safety incidents,the impact of self-esteem,self-control on consumer preference,and the mediating role of hedonic adaptation.The article cites Terror Management Theory as a theoretical framework.The events in Terror Management Theory are very different from food safety incidents.Therefore,the simple application of Terror Management to food safety consumption decision-making is not suitable,but the fear management short-end dual defense research paradigm is used as a framework,which can be used for reference in food safety consumption decision-making research.The study used a field experimental study method and a multi-target longitudinal experimental design of the fixed sample group,which was completed twice,and the hedonic dietary tendency in the initial state and the proximal defense state was measured for the first time;after seven days,the second test was performed and the distal end was measured.Consumers tend to enjoy eating in a defensive state.The survey questionnaire was designed based on the results of existing research and previous consumer interviews.The experimental sample adopts the method of publicly collecting paid collections,pre-investigating a total of 45 samples,formally investigating 524 copies,and recovering 404 valid questionnaires.The sample subjects are mainly graduate students,undergraduates,teachers,and some social personnel.The main results of the study are as follows: In the initial state,consumers with higher self-control ability can better control diet,and self-control has a negative impact on hedonic diet.Consumers' enjoyable diets have a positive impact on the enjoyment diet.For the mediating effect of hedonic adaptation,in the initial state,hedonic adaptation plays a mediating role in the influence of individual attitudes and subjective norms on hedonic eating tendencies,and is a partial intermediary.After study 2,the dietary preference for specific food-related foods fluctuated significantly after food safety incidents.Compared with the initial state,the preference for hedonic diet under the proximal defense decreased.Compared with the near-end defense,the hedonic diet tends to recover under the remote defense.Under the remote defense after the food safety incident,there is a positive correlation between consumer hedonism values and self-esteem,and consumer hedonism values have a positive impact on hedonic adaptation.For the mediating role of hedonic adaptation,under the remote defense of food safety incidents,hedonic values and self-control did not directly affect the hedonic eating tendency,and all of them influenced the hedonic eating tendency through hedonic adaptation,that is,hedonic adaptation to self-control to hedonic eating tendency and hedonic values.The effects of hedonic eating tendencies play a full intermediary role.The innovation of the article lies in:(1)the novelty of the research perspective.This study is a cross-sectional study of food safety management,Terror Management,marketing management,consumer behavior and social behavior.Starting from the perspective of consumption,Terror Management Theory as a research framework,research on the change of consumer enjoyment diet is the main innovation point of this topic.It is an extension and supplement to the field of food safety management and consumer behavior research.(2)The relevance of the research method.Because the study requires point-to-point sequence data,a fixed-sample group longitudinal test is used in combination.Data analysis was summarized by means of mean comparison(independent sample T test,paired sample T test,analysis of variance,etc.),structural equation model(SEM);theoretical analysis,consumer interviews,case studies,etc.
