With the development of second-hand car in China,the completion of the market has been more and more fierce.However,the domestic second-hand car market is still in a state of disorder.Under this circumstance,how to objectively carry out second-hand car evaluation,to solve the second-hand car information asymmetry has become the primary contradiction.The traditional second-hand car assessment methods have a common flaw,that is,there is a lot of subjectivity,asymmetry in the second-hand car market information,the consumer is difficult to grasp the fair value of second-hand car,and the efficiency and scope of the assessment of traditional second-hand car evaluation are limited.Through the literature review,it is found that there is a blank between the existing research on the characteristics of second-hand car characteristics,consumer behavior and price relationship,so the proposed price based on the theory of second-hand car model to establish the problem.This paper studies the domestic and foreign research results of second-hand cars and domestic and foreign advanced research methods,according to China's specific circumstances,to develop a scientific and reasonable assessment of second-hand car products for scientific and reasonable scale assessment,providing some references to the evaluation of second-hand car in China.On the one hand,this paper has extended the advantages of the past second-hand car evaluation.Also,this paper has learnt from foreign advanced theories and methods,which are applied while dealing with the cumbersome and unscaled evaluation information network of second-hand car in a more scientific and reasonable way.On the other hand,this paper will also establish a second-hand car price model,through which to measure the properties of second-hand car on the impact of different brands of second-hand car prices.Based on the Hedonic price model,this paper has established the Hedonic Price model of second-hand cars.In the paper,two kinds of second-hand cars with large domestic sales are selected as the samples and five categories of attribute attributes as variables,in order to study the relationship between the characteristic attributes and the prices.Finally,the author sums up the model and puts forward the methods and suggestions of the Hedonic price model of used.
